Part of the private South Seas Northwest gated community on the north end of Marco's
beach, our 2-bedroom / 2-bath beach front condo is beautifully decorated, luxuriously appointed, and comfortably sleeps five.

Unlike other galley-style units in the building, this private condo is uniquely situated as an 'end unit' and so boasts walls of windows throughout that afford you scenic vistas from the spacious living & dining areas and master bedroom.

You can also enjoy breathtaking views of the sparkling beaches, beautiful waters and magical sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico from our 44-foot wrap-around balcony--yet another feature unique to this condominium. There's even a small terrace off of the gourmet kitchen which overlooks Marco Island, so you can catch the sunrise as well!
