OUR CONDO:
Our Sanibel Island condo, located in Florida on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, is a ground floor unit just 20 steps from the beach. Our unit is spacious, with two bedrooms/two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and lanai. It can accommodate six, using a fold out bed. An AC/Heating unit assures that you are comfortable during hot days and cool nights.
Two bicycles are available for guest use, a grill is located just outside the door. Heated pool and tennis court are just a few steps away. We also use our unit and take pride in maintaining its comfort and upkeep. Both the interior of the condo and the exterior of the complex were recently renovated and updated. THE COMPLEX:
Villa Sanibel is a friendly family oriented complex. With only twenty units there is no wait for the tennis court and plenty of room in the swimming pool. An outdoor gas grill is conveniently located on the path just outside our condo or if you prefer, there is also one by the pool.
Since the condo sits on the elbow of the island there a clear view of striking and unique sunrises and sunsets. We are in the center of the island with quick access (by bike or car) to stores, restaurants, wildlife refuges, and the city center including the library, theatre, movie, historical museum and Big Arts.
