Luxurious 1 year-old house on the water, across the bay from Ocean City, close to the beach and convenient to shopping, restaurants, amusements, vacation activities without fighting crowds and traffic.
We are located in Glen Riddle golf community, near Ocean City beach and boardwalk. There is a free shuttle to the beach/boardwalk on Rt 50. Assateague National Park is nearby. There you can see the wild ponies and deer, hike on boardwalk trails to watch birds on the bay, sunbathe on the beach, watch the sunset on the bay and have a bonfire on the beach at night.
Very close to Historic Downtown Berlin Arts District for unique shopping, antiquing, restaurants and entertainment. There are an abundance of excellent restaurants in West Ocean City, Ocean Pines & Berlin, all within a 10 minute drive.
Glen Riddle has a community marina with boat landing and two 18 hole golf courses with Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse and is minutes to 11 other golf courses. The club house has a swimming pool, tennis courts, fitness center, Jacuzzi, sauna and game room.
This nearly brand new house is on a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded on 3 sides by spectacular views of beautiful wetlands, Turville Creek and Isle of White Bay. Well-appointed and tastefully decorated, at an excellent location out of the traffic but close to absolutely everything!
The home is personally managed to ensure a nice, well kept vacation rental every time. Plenty of parking.
Open floor plan on main level includes fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, living room with couch, recliner chairs, 40" TV, Cable/Internet, DVD/VHS player/recorder, stereo receiver, 5 CD player, dining area (table sits 10) and kitchen bar, sun room with couch and game table and a deck with table and 4 chairs.
There are two master suites (one on main and another one on second level which also has a sitting room), each with King beds and private bathrooms with soaking tub and separate shower (linens and towels not included), 3 other bedrooms with Queen beds, and a Queen sofa convertible bed on the top level. Washer and dryer.
Finally, a spacious, well groomed lawn surrounds the house. Minimum stay: 7 nights June-Aug, 5 nights May and Sept, 3 nights Oct-April. See calendar for availability.
