A cleaning fee of $50 is charged per rental (not per day!)

The cottage is suprisingly very roomy. We had 6 adults and two babies and was worried about the size but it ended up being great for the price. Very nice property a little dusty got the allergies going but mine are very bad. Overall great place to stay already rented the cabin for another weekend.
Recommended for:Sightseeing.

The house worked perfectly for our group of 6 adults. Everything was clean and in good working order. The setting was very secluded, which was great for us!! The real reason our stay was so outstanding was the owners. The owners of this home are first class people who went above and beyond to make sure our trip was a success!! Thank you, we will be back, and I will not hesitate to refer folks your way!!!

My family had a wonderful time. The cove was beautiful. I was nervous about putting up such a large deposit for my pets etc. but every penny of my money was returned promptly as stated. The owners stayed in contact w/me for every thing I needed. Plenty of room for our family of six. The water was low and we had a good walk to the boat, but nothing too bad ....and I'm having knee replacement in 2 days. Thanks for sharing your home. We have to come back...Also THANKS for the late check out!!!!! Also, saw no one else the entire time..loved the privacy.

We had a wonderful time. The cabin was more than we expected. The cabin was clean and fully equipped with everything that you could possibly need. I loved the private cove. Thanks for sharing. We will rent again.

My family and I stayed at this cottage this past weekend (June 25-28, 2009), and we had a great time. The cottage was very clean. We enjoyed the remoteness of the location and also the easy access to the Lake. Cottage is near Powell Park Marina which has a little store, marina, restaurant, and a beach area. Cottage and location were perfect for our family gathering. I would definitely recommend this cottage.
