We have been Westin Kaanapali Villa owners for 6 years. We go there every year. We have been renting out our extra units for the past 5 years to all satisfied customers. We provide a detailed rental agreement, so there are no surprises.
Why the Owner Chose Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas
We love Maui and particularly loved this property. It is spread out and all of it is open to the ocean. The pool, lobby and most of the villas have ocean views. Units are well appointed with very large bathrooms and jetted tubs, granite counters in kitchen & bath. Also liked that both the master and the studio have full kitchens and washer/dryer. This is unique to any timeshare I have seen.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The property is open and spacious with views of the ocean from almost everywhere. Some of the best snorkeling on Maui is only a few minutes swim from our beach. Don't pay to dive with turtles - we have seen at least one every year.

We rented this villa in the Summer of 2010. The owners were very helpful and had lots of tips about the property and local area. This is a fantastic resort! we loved having a FULL kitchen and, not one but two, washer/dryer units so we could pack lighter and always have clean clothes.Snorkeling off the beach is excellent which is not true of most of Kaanapali beach. We and our kids loved the two hugh adult pools which were not overcrowded. And, since this is a Westin resort, all the villas are beautifully maintained and the beds are just, "oh so comfortable." We cooked most of dinners on the barbeques and ate by the pool or on our lanai. This was our best vacation in years!
Recommended for:People with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We loved the property! It was beautiful, the service was great, and it was very family friendly. The beach is also very nice and there is great snorkeling right there. We can't wait to go back!
