Central courtyard with fountain, cafe table and various colors of Bougainvillea. Terrace with views of churches, including the famous Parroquia. Access upper level rooms from stairs inside the house or from the courtyard. Living quarters are set back from the street away from street.
Water pressure system for a great shower every time. Laundry facility with large capacity washer and dryer. Wonderful maid comes to clean one day per week.
Well-behaved pets considered. Non-smoking residence. Utilities not included.
