Surfing or Fishing anyone? Then bring your board and pole! Manressa Beach is noted for the best waves in the entire Monterey peninsula. It is one of the most popular fishing spots as well. Or take a romantic walk along the beach and collect shells and sand dollars!
La Selva Beach is a quaint and quiet little village that you will fall instantly in love with! It is centrally located to enjoy lots of wonderful family activities; which include great Golf Courses, Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Monterey Bay Aquarium, Shopping in Santa Cruz, Aptos, Capitola or Monterey and many others. Not to mention the many, many wonderful local Restaurants and Wineries!
The beach house is 2000+ sq.ft. Which includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with showers. One bath has a separate tub as well. There is an outdoor shower also to wash off all that beach sand! It will sleep up to 10 people. A queen bed in one of the bedrooms and in the upstairs Master.
The Master also has a sitting area next to a glass wall with a balcony facing the ocean. The perfect place to relax with a glass of wine or favorite beverage and watch those Gorgeous sunsets over the ocean! It's quite relaxing to leave the door to the balcony open to feel the ocean breezes and hear the waves crashing. A Trundle bed in third bedroom sleeps 2.
A Hide-a-bed in the living room will sleep 2. Plus a regular couch for a well deserving nap after a fun day at the beach! The other 2 bedrooms have French Doors that lead out to the back patio. The Dining room area will seat up to 12. The kitchen is fully appointed.
The living room has a Beautiful fireplace to relax in front of while watching TV/DVDs. Or listen to your favorite CD's while gazing out at that awesome Ocean. Also, Great Ocean views from Master Bedroom Balcony, Living room/Dining room, and Kitchen.
Just bring your swimsuits/beach towels, toiletries and food! Some beach toys are available for use. Bath Towels and Linens, Pots/Pans, Silverware, Dishes and Coffee Pot are furnished. Sorry, No Phone. Bring your cell phone for emergencies. WiFi is available for use with your own devices.

House sleeps 8 in beds, you will need to bring an aero bed or two to accommodate more people.

Off Season .. Oct-May .. $300/night (2 night minimum) .. $1850/week
Cleaning Fee - $150
10% State required Hospitality Tax not included in the rate
Deposit - $500 (Required/Refundable within 7-10 days after departure
Check-in is 3pm
Check-out is 11am (may request later check out if no back to back tenants)
$75 fee will be taken out of deposit if the private beach access key is lost
