OUR BEACH HOUSE
Our beach house is located in Cassine Village. Cassine is a unique community in Seagrove Beach, FL. Cassine is nestled in a quiet, peaceful cypress grove and offers many unique amentities. These include, the ocean, two pools, two tennis courts, nature and fitness trails, a private lake with fish, grills and a picnic area, a basketball hoop and tennis courts. It's this unique mix of quiet nature and sunny ocean settings that make Cassine a wonderful vacation destination!
Our beach house is a custom built 2,200 sq. ft. two story home that is conveniently located near all of Cassine's amenities. It is steps from the tennis courts, one of the pools and the lake. It is also less than 400 yards (a few minutes walk) from the ocean.
Inside, the house has three bedrooms (each with a balcony), three full bathrooms and an office that can convert to an additional bedroom if necessary. The master has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed for three. The house also has an incredible, fully furnished Chef's kitchen with granite counter tops, a large dining table that can seat 10, a bar with additional bar seating, two porches with a gas grill and Adirondack chairs, a stand-up shower with jetted garden tub in the master, a Jack and Jill Bathroom with a double vanity between the spare and kids room, a private office that can convert to a fourth bedroom, walk-in closets, and several TVs, DVDs, VCRs and stereos throughout the house. The house also has a washer dryer, two complimentary adult bikes and complimentary beach equipment.
For large parties, we also rent a town-home in Cassine. Discounts may apply if you rent both properties. Call or email for details.

- Cassine has nature and fitness trails running through its peaceful, cypress grove setting. It also has a small lake, a bridge, and a gazebo with a picnic area and several grills. Bikers can easily access the extensive bike trails that run in front of Cassine and along the ocean. As a guest, you will have access to two complimentary adult bikes and complimentary beach equipment.

Why the Owner Chose Cassine Village
We fell in love with Seagrove Beach, especially Cassine Gardens. Seagrove was laid back and intent on not becoming commercialized like Destin or Panama City. The beaches were also incredible. The sand is powdery white and the water is an incredible emerald color almost year round. That's probably why the Gulf Coast is regularly included in the Beaches of the Year awards. As for Cassine, it offered a unique beach / serene nature setting. The homes and townhomes are spread throughout a cypress grove so the area is quiet and peaceful. We knew after visiting Seagrove that we had found our second home!
The Unique Benefits at this House
Cassine has nature and fitness trails, two pools, two tennis courts, a small lake with a gazebo and grills, and a basketball hoop. We also offer two free adult bikes and beach equipment.
This is the most commonly used beach access. It is approximately 400 yards from our beach house. 30A is a local, two lane beach road with a 35 mph speed limit so it is easy to cross.

This is the entrance to Cassine Trail which runs for miles through the State Forest which backs up to Cassine.

My wife Anne and I live in South Bend, IN. In 1997, shortly after retirement, we took our first trip to Seagrove Beach, FL and stayed in Cassine Gardens. Our family has stayed at the Yellow House several times. My 19 year old son would rather stay here that any where else in the Destin area. If you are looking for true relaxation and a calm place you have found it! The pool is one door down and a short trip across the street to the beach. Restaurants from a hamburger joint to a 5 star within a 5 min drive! My wife stayed one week in Ft Walton at a hotel with her sister and kids and could not wait to get to the Yellow House for a true calming vacation! If you are looking for a loud and crazy kind of place you better look somewhere else.This is a true vacation home!

We have been coming to this area since 2003. We love the area, we love the beaches.... The Yellow House has been the BEST vacation home we have stayed in! The location is perfect, the house is so accommodating and so tastefully decorated, even the neighbors were great! We had a wonderful week (7/10 to 7/17/2010) our children didn't want to leave! The house made us feel at home! We cooked several meals because the kitchen had everything needed to make a great meal and having the seafood market just a few steps away, we made several great meals and saved a little $$$. Our children (3 small ones) loved walking over to the pool and to the tennis courts, our teenager enjoyed the bike rides and chilling on the front porch! We can't wait to book it for next year! Mr. Huseman was a delight to work with and despite of such a short notice on our part, our vacation was perfect!! we love the Yellow House!!

I have been coming to Seaside since 2004, and this rental has everything covered. Tennis courts, two pools, and a nature trail outside your front door, and the beach is just a hop skip away. No other rental will have their beautiful unique decor, and the amenities everyone looks for in a home away from home!!

We recently stayed here for the second time and had a great vacation. Two families, each with small children, stayed in the house comfortably. The photos don't do the house justice! The kitchen is well-equipped and the bedrooms are good-sized. The dining room/living room/kitchen has an open floor plan so great for hanging out. The house and yard are clean and well-kept. The pool is only steps away and the beach is a short walk. A grocery store and lots of cute shops are a short drive away. Get some local fresh fish at the market across the street and grill in the backyard, or rent bikes across the street and tour the area. All in all, a very comfortable place to spend a vacation!

We, and family of 5, had an amazing time at the yellow house in Seagrove Beach. The house was so clean, homey, and yet luxurious. Spending time at the pool, playing tennis, hanging out on the beach, and heading 2 miles up 30A to Seaside for shopping and restaurants were our favorites. We rented bikes and were able to just ride to where ever we needed to go. The community is amazing--so much to do! We have already requested to return next summer. Next year we hope to do some kayaking and YOLOing! I am also scheduled to return with some of my girlfriends--for a 40th birthday ladies' weekend.
