Look no further than the "Sunny Side", a delightful cottage located near scenic 30-A on the beautiful beaches of South Walton between Panama City Beach and Destin. 30A is speckled with artsy villages, rare costal dune lakes, upscale resorts, funky beach bars, world class restaurants and 25,000 acres of protected habitats. Once you vacation here you will want to come back time and again.
"Sunny Side" is nestled in the charming and family-friendly Magnolia Cottages by the Sea beach community. Private beach access to the sugary sands of the Gulf is only a quick four minute walk away. Or, you can enjoy Magnolia's large heated swimming pool.
The cottage has a spacious one-level floor plan making access easy for all members of your party. Hardwood floors and high ceilings compliment the comfortable and tasteful furnishings. Everything is brand new! A full-size washer and dryer are available for your convenience.
The cottage sleeps eight comfortably and consists of:
- Master bedroom with king-size bed and private bath
- Second bedroom with queen-size bed and private bath
- Third bedroom with queen-size bed
- Queen-size sleeper sofa
- Third full bath
The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and all of the utensils and appliances needed to prepare a quick snack or a gourmet meal. Or use the outside gas grill and cook up some delicious local seafood. The spacious screened-in porch is the perfect refuge to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine at the end of an activity-filled day. The porch has a dining table and chairs, and a comfortable settee with two chairs.
Keep in touch with the outside world with one of the two flat screen TVs or bring your laptop and take advantage of the high speed internet connection. Additional entertainment is provided by a stereo and DVD player. We also provide some DVDs, board games and books.
Treat yourself to a delicious meal at one of the area's excellent eateries. Be it an informal lunch, or a gourmet meal at an award winning restaurant, you'll be impressed by the selection of dining options.
A visit to "Sunny Side" isn't complete without a leisurely bike ride along the miles of bike trails. Explore the neighboring communities of Seaside, Rosemary Beach, Seagrove Beach and Alys Beach. Bike rental shops are conveniently located along 30-A.
Shopping anyone? Everything from quaint boutiques to the country's largest designer outlet mall is less than 30 minutes away. Options include Destin Commons, Silver Sands Factory Stores, Pier Park, The Market Shops at Sandestin and The Village of Baytowne Wharf, just to name a few.
