Everything was great and as advertised. Very nice area and we will be back. Only suggestion would be black out curtains on the master bedroom window. The cottage next to ours kept their porch light on all night. Thanks for a great place to stay when visiting.

This is a beautiful and comfortable home. We had a wonderful stay. This home feels very relaxed and comfortable and we would definitely come again. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch. The walk to the beach was short and easy. This house is close enough to bike into Rosemary but we missed that opportunity because the rental places ran out of bikes. Next time we will bring our own bicycles or reserve before we come. Nothing to be improved on except maybe sharper knives. Someone else posted that and they are correct. Otherwise this is a perfect house! I have been singing this home's praises since I have come home, so you may expect more visitors.

We had a really good time in Sunny Side, it's a wonderful house with all amenities you might ask for. It's like being at home. The house is pretty close to the beach but far enough from the street - it's absolutley quiet. We love the open floor plan and the style of decoration in the house. The starter kit of detergents is a nice plus. The house is perfect start for a great vacation time.

We love the area and your wonderful cottage made it a special week. The beach wasn't crowded and the water was very warm--we didn't try the pool, but it certainly looked inviting. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. I have already recommended it to friends and we hope to be back again soon. Thanks for providing the menus.

Exciting Week at the Beach

This was my families first time to the beach. We had a great time. I would reccomend this place to anyone. Kitchen had all that we needed to cook. I would bring a sharp knife. It was great to play on the beach, not to crowed. Close to what you need but far enough to be quiet. Hope we can come back in the future. Only thing is that I wished they provided bikes to ride. Owner was great to work with and was prompt to return my calls. Place was very clean when we got here.

Very clean, bright, spacious, great appliances. Great value. We really enjoyed our stay. Attractive furniture and furnishings. Screened-in porch is a big plus. Bed rooms were large.

Our family had a great vacation in your lovely house. All the photos are representative of what you find inside; modern and very clean! It is quite close to the pool, a short walk and even shorter bike ride to the beach. It is also in a very nice "community" where I felt secure letting my teens go to the beach or bike ride without us. We were pleased by the good communication with the owner and their willingness to meet our needs. We had great fun riding our bikes down to nearby Rosemary Beach and beyond.

We had a great vacation at Sunnyside!! My family stayed her for the month of MAy and we had the best time here. The pool is in a great location to the house. The neighborhood is great for small kids. The house is at the end of the street which is great for my boys which are 5 and 3 to ride their bike and not worry about traffic. The neighborhood is small and very quiet. We highly recommend staying here. Thanks again we had a blast!

A Great Vacation

Thank you so much for sharing your vacation home with us. It was decorated so nice and there was plenty of room for our family. We enjoyed morning coffee on the private screened porch and short walks to both the beach and the pool. Riding bikes up and down 30A was one of our favorite things to do. We had so much fun and will definitely want to come back again.

We absolutely loved your home. It was beautifully decorated and it had all the comforts of home. We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen and had dinners at the house. The house was spacious and having 3 bathrooms was a blessing. The walk to the pool was very short and the pool was fabulous. We enjoyed the quaintness of the community. The beach was very nice. The stairs down to the beach could use some repair though. We did not encounter any problems on the beach due to the oil spill. We did have 3 - 4 full days of rain from hurricane Alex in the Gulf. We would definitely recommend this house to friends and would vacation here again. We did take trips into Destin to shop at the outlets and into Panama City for visits to the movies, Pier Park, and Ripley's Believe It or Not. We appreciated the small cooler to take to the pool and beach. My son enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch while reading and listening to music as the the rain fell.

Sunny Side - 5/25/10 - 6/1/10

We throughly enjoyed our week at Sunny Side. The acutal house was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The gas grill made cooking a few nights easy and healthy! The home was equipped with more than enough other cooking utensils and gadgets. My kids enjoyed the pool. My husband I loved the location proximatey to Alys Beach and Rosemary (about 1 1/4 mile) and then to Seaside (5.5 miles). We usually started our day with a run to Rosemary or biking to Seaside. My kids also enjoyed biking to the Sugar Shack at Rosemary each day. If you have a lot of stuff consider each day as we did to load up drop your stuff near the beach board walk and then pick it back up at the end of day. Overall we had a great time and loved the accomodations as well as the location of the property. I would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone!!!

My husband and I have spent several months this winter at Sunny Side and have thoroughly enjoyed this well furnished home. Beautifully decorated and comfortable accommodations surpassed what we expected.The owners have gone out of their way to make this home pleasurable. Loved the book of information that the owners had on restaurants, shopping and places of interest. House is close to the pool and only a short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay at Sunny Side again.

My family spent a week at Sunny Side in August 2009. The cottage is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. All of the appliances are new. There is a swimming pool as well as easy access to the beach. The ocean was beautiful and the beach was not at all crowded. We took side trips to Destin, Seaside and a local state park. Sunny Side was a wonderful place for a relaxing getaway in a beautiful location. I would definitly recommend it to families, couples and seniors. We would not hesitate to stay at Sunny Side again.
