This three bedroom rustic lodge style home is located in Historical Grayton Beach. This beach house is reminiscent of the great vacations you remember as a child. Starting with a bright and airy closed in porch area perfect for enjoying family meals, playing a board game or just relaxing with a good book.
The first floor has an open floor plan with pine paneling on the walls which gives it that rustic feel with an eclectic flair. The living room has a wood burning fireplace with a television. The dining area is off to the side which seats 6 people. The spacious well-equipped kitchen has a table that seats 4 people. Off to the kitchen is a laundry room and full bath. There is a screened in patio out back perfect for a morning cup of coffee.
The three bedrooms are located on the second floor. There is one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a bunk bed….perfect for the kids.

Grand Boulevard also in Destin offers upscale dining and specialty shops. Panama City Beach has “Pier Park” a new entertainment center that has a movie theater, famous restaurants, and department stores, all amid a tropical setting.
