Our "Tropical Penthouse Paradise" provides a marvelous view of the pool side activities! Upon your arrival we encourage you to go for a dip in the huge, heated, Resort Pool and play under the Waterfall. Also, just steps away, are the Island House, Poolside Chickee, and Grill Area! We are very family friendly and you'll find entertaining a family of all ages is easy with our “beach entry” pool and quick access to Bonita Beach.
To escape, you may want to experience the “Quiet” pool as well! It’s a great place to catch up on your reading as you soak up the warm sun.
Be sure to make your daily visit to The Groggy Frog, our poolside Chickee. With 2 TV's and its casual fare you can enjoy a beverage, relax, and meet other guests. Also, for your enjoyment are two large Spas and outdoor Fire Pit. Be sure to orient yourself with the Island House as soon as you arrive and take advantage of its marvelous Cybex Gym, Internet Café, Billiards Room, Game Room, Media Room with 5’ TV, and large Social Room.
You will enjoy the casually upscale tropical flair of the community. We are close to everything; so you can have your feet in the warm sands of Bonita Beach in as little as 180 seconds, or be shopping at Coconut Point Mall, South Florida’s largest new mall, in 10 minutes. In addition to making new friends around the sunny Resort Pool and Chickee, or riding the Free Private Beach Shuttle to shell-ladened Bonita Beach, one will find a multitude of things to do in all directions.
Our "Tropical Penthouse Paradise" has been professionally decorated, features 2 bedrooms, and offers a tropical flair to complement the community’s atmosphere. The main living areas and lanai feature porcelain tile floors, granite kitchen counters, crown molded volume ceilings, and spacious lanai!
The master bath hosts a spacious walk-in shower and dual vanities! The living area is light and bright and has a Flat Screen TV with DVD. A King bed is featured in the Master Suite with the Twin Beds in the Guest Suite and the option of King for a small charge. Both have Flat Screen TV’s with DVD’s. High-speed wireless Wi-Fi Internet is offered at the Internet Café in the Island House.
During their seasons one can enjoy Red Sox and Twins spring training games, FGCU University basketball and baseball, and Everblades Hockey. We literally are just a hop, skip or a jump from everything.
For a delightful evening out sample one of the 20 plus specialty restaurants close by. If you enjoy the arts you may prefer an evening at the Philharmonic, or step it up a notch by visiting bustling Fifth Avenue in downtown Naples.
All the outdoor sports and activities listed are only a stone's throw away. Quick and convenient access to this fabulous destination is available from the Regional Southwest Airport (RSW) which is only 25 minutes away.

It was the perfect time to buy with prices moderating. We found the best value in the area at Bonita Village and the amenities are unmatched. Being only seconds to the beach we can enjoy a little sun and fun and then retire to the pool and the Chickee for the rest of the day. Hopefully, you will have a chance to enjoy what we feel is the best vacation area in SW Florida!

Almost next door to Bonita Village is Rode’s Fresh Fish Market and Restaurant. Its market is a convenient service to those staying at Bonita Village and the fish dinners are very good!
One of the best in-season restaurants in the area. Enjoy the American Cusine and excellent wines. The service and menu will not disappointment you!
This is another one of our favorite restaurants! The chef is from Hawaii and his wife runs the dining room and you can expect every dish to be delightful.

The property is well maintained and well equipped. The grounds are well kept and complement the tropical resort setting. The unit is nicely decorated and well equipped with everything you might need for a short stay with your family. The furnishings are relatively new and of good quality. The pool is large and easily accessible from the unit. The club house with the fitness room, game room and social rooms are a very nice feature which we found convenient and a nice plus as compared to other condos we've stayed at. Unfortunately, during our stay the pool area bar was closed(off-season)which would have been nice to have.
Recommended for:Age 55+.

We absolutely loved this place..Spectacular views, Spectacular location! Near all major shopping, beaches, Naples Zoo, etc. If you are looking for a tastefully decorated, immaculate, restful place this is it. You honestly will think you are in paradise! Course the weather helps also...
