Just across the street for our comfortable condo you will find the beach, fishing pier, splash pad & and playground, Farmers market on Wednesdays where many local farmers have wonderful fresh produce and there are several bakers with exceptional baked goods. Artist also gather there to sell art at extremely low prices. There is a wonderful grocery store blocks away, and many fabulous restaurants both on the beach and in town just minutes away.
Our condo is beautifully decorated with much local art. The elevator is just outside our front door. We have a comfortable balcony with cushioned chairs and table. This overlooks a lagoon with a fountain which is lighted at night. There are ducks, turtles and egrets in the lagoon.
This is a quiet, restful location with many activities just minutes away. It is just a few miles from I-95. We are 2 hours from Disney World, and 1 hour from Daytona Beach, and 1.5 hours from Jacksonville International Airport.

It is only a block to the beach, grocery, reatuarants and Drug store 3 minutes away, can see the pool and nice view of lake and fountain,Historic St. Augustine only 15 minutes away with more good resturants and wonderful art galleries, Farmers Market across the street on Sat. and at Light House on Wed.
