This is a beautiful, spacious home available on the water in Coeur d'Alene. Your family will enjoy your own private lawn, dock, boat lift, and water-side firepit.
Unlike most Coeur d'Alene waterfront, this property has a nice level lawn to water's edge, so there's no lugging all of those toys, food, and drinks up and down a cliff or flight of stairs to get to the dock. Sunbathers will appreciate the dock, which stays in the sun from morning until night. For those who prefer to stay out of the sun entirely, there's a covered deck, and the yard is partly shaded by a large tree. There's also a large firepit with lounger swings at water's edge for evening s'mores. The large, deep-water dock is L-shaped, which creates a protected swim area for kids, and has a swim ladder for many hours' worth of cannon balls. Also, don't forgot to bring your boat. If you don't have one, you can rent one locally and keep it on the boat lift. It easily accomodate most boats up to 22 feet, and there is a boat launch just a minute away.
The water right off the dock is generally calm and provides for great watersport opportunities such as fishing, boating, skiing, tubing or just nice old fashion relaxing. (fishing tip: the fish are attracted to the dock... best in the mornings and evenings).
The house has plenty of paved private parking (off of the street). This property is unusual because it's situated on secondary roads, so guests can walk or run in the quiet streets of the surrounding neighborhood, instead of dealing with very busy streets that run adjacent to a many of the Coeur d'Alene waterfront properties. Also, you will just be minutes away from downtown Coeur d'Alene whether by boat or car.
This 3 bedroom/2bath house is immaculate! It is light, bright and very, very clean. It sleeps a total of 10 people and the large kitchen is well-equipped with the owner's dishes, knives and pots/pans (not inexpensive, difficult-to-use items found in many vacation rentals). Basic condiments and spices are provided, and guests are welcome to treat themselves to fresh vegetables & herbs in the garden.
If you have a pet that is too much of the family to vacation without, well-mannered dogs are welcome. This house is tiny-dog friendly, and has a doggie door and a dog run for use by very small dogs (up to 13 or 14 lbs).

This property is situated on a large, tranguil waterway leading into beautiful Coeur d'Alene Lake. This calm waterway is where the "locals" go to enjoy the best water for skiing, wakeboarding, and such. The fishing can be fantastic!
