Crown Jewel is a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom-- 3 bath loft unit available for rent throughout the year. The condominium is approximately 1600 square feet and will sleep 8 comfortably. Neutral tile floors are found in all common areas and bathrooms; carpet is on the stairwell and bedrooms. The condominium uses neutral colors to showcase local art throughout the unit.

One half (1/2) of the Total Rental Fee is required to hold a reservation. The amount due will be specified on the Agreement, which will be emailed to prospective renter following verbal or email intent to rent the property. Upon renter return of the signed Agreement, deposit and a copy of the primary renters’ driver's license, the reservation will be confirmed. If the contract and deposit are not received within 7 days of verbal or email agreement, the unit will be placed back on the open rental market. The balance of rental fee is due 21 days prior to the renters’ arrival date. The $250.00 security deposit will be returned to the renter, within 2 weeks, after the last day of the stay if there is no damage to condo, furnishings, common area property and no inventory is missing from the home. The security deposit will not be returned to renter if the No Smoking or No Pets rule is broken.
Cancellation: $200.00 of the $250.00 security deposit plus the rental amount paid will be refunded IF cancellation is made greater than 21 days prior to confirmed arrival date. For a cancellation 20 days or less prior to arrival date, the renter forfeits the $250.00 security deposit. To cancel a reservation, the renter must speak with F. Parker of intent to cancel. Voice mail message on land line or cell phone is not accepted as notice of cancellation.
