This is a beautifully decorated and appointed bay front house with sensational bay views. Home offers sensational sunsets from both inside and the beach level deck. Home adjoins small bay beach, providing easy access for kayaking, swimming, or fishing. Home is also just a few minutes walk from ocean beach, which has miles of beach front. Boat/kayak/bike rentals, restaurants, mini golf are all a few minutes from home.
Downstairs the airy Great Room combines with kitchen and dining areas with all having superb water views. The large master bedroom, with annex, and the twin bedroom are both en suite. Upstairs is the ensuite queen bedroom with windows on 4 sides that allow cooling breezes at night. There are tremendous views of the Bay and the patio doors lead to a separate balcony overlooking the beach and the Bay. Definitely a room for honored guests!
There is plenty to do for all the family on LBI, but for those who like to explore, the Island is on the edge of the Pinelands or 50 minutes from the excitement of Atlantic City. The Island is very accessible being an hour from Philadelphia and 1 1/2hrs from NYC.
