We recently returned after a four week stay at this wonderfullly clean, well equipped, roomy condo. Beds were comfortable, location (across from pool and hot tub) so convenient especially with our grandchildren being with us for 2 weeks. There were three amazing beaches within a fifteen minute drive and a golf course if you are inclined. The six of us had a marvelous time and would be happy to recommend this unit to anyone. As a matter of fact a set of friends and some family are interested after hearing of our experience. Bill was easy to deal with and Linda the housekeeper was pleasant and does an exceptional job of keeping the unit clean. This was the first holiday condo that we did not feel we had to spend the first day cleaning it to make it comfortable for us. Have to admit, we are picky! All three generations had a wonderful time. There were three amazing beaches within a 15 minute drive

I immediately felt at home when I first walked into this condo. In fact, it was so spacious with three bedrooms and three baths, it really did feel more like being in a house than a condo. The Tommy Bahama furnishings were very nice. Even the carpet was nice. I never would have expected to have higher end patterned carpet in a vacation rental condo. The mattresses were comfortable and felt like they were hotel quality. I slept like a baby in the Master Bedroom's king-size bed. The dark wood cabinets, stainless appliances, and granite counter tops just added to the overall appeal. The central A/C worked great, even with the weather being so hot outside. I appreciated the patio's proximity to the pool and hot tub. It was nice just walking out the sliding glass door to go for a quick dip at night. This place is perfect for a family with kids, or 2-3 couples sharing the same accommodations. This was my second stay in one of Bill's properties in Fairway Villas. I had previously stayed in his two bedroom condo, but decided on the three bedroom for this trip since there were two couples and we needed two large beds. As with my previous experience, everything went perfectly. Bill was very easy to deal with and answered all of my questions promptly. Overall, the condo had a comfortable, yet "high end" feel to it. For the reasonable rates charged, this place can't be beat!

I rented this condo for my in-laws-to-be who were coming to town for my wedding from the mainland. I was raised in Waikoloa Village and have stayed in many condos in the area but I must say that this condo was the most relaxing, impeccably clean, well maintained, and absolutely wonderful! The home is beautiful, is within walking distance of the golf course, shops, restaurants and just a short drive to Kohala Coast's beautiful beaches. When it was time to return home nobody wanted to leave! Waikoloa is a very quiet, laid back, and calm place to stay if you are looking for some rest and relaxation and this condo only adds to it! Thank you Bill!

We had a magnificent time in your home. Just by chance, my brother's family visiting from Virginia rented next door. Spending a few minutes in their unit made us fully understand what a treat it is to stay in your place. It was very comfortable and just spacious enough. We were always able to get a cross breeze so we never switched on the A/C. We found every utensil we needed except maybe a wisk. We found the kitchen knives to be of very good quality. We cooked everyday in the unit and used the grills a few times. The electronics and WiFi were of the best quality a rental should have. We appreciated watching our swimming-with-the-dolphins and volcano videos on the big tv downstairs. The facility and grounds are beautiful and Linda took good care of us as well.. We all are so pleased with the experience, we will be calling you for our next visit for sure.

Our family of 5, 2-week stay at Bills place was out-standing. Friends at a near-by condo said their unit was nice, but ours was over the top. Super two-story with no one on top, it felt like home. We took advantage of the close and fantastic barbeque area (clean with granite counter tops), learned a recipe or two from some fellow grillers. Hint (get your tri-tip/pork loins/salmon at Costco) left over’s make great sandwiches. The nearby A-bay is a beautiful bay and I was surprised that few people were on the beach. If you like snorkeling go there and start walking south a short ways for turtles often on shore and swim out (the further the better for good coral/lots of fish) I could spend 14 days on that long stretch of bay alone snorkeling . The infinity pool and Jacuzzi was a daily or 3-times daily refreshing visit. We drove around the island and visited beaches north of the area and all were good and different in their own ways. Came home with lots of souvenirs and local jellies. Thank-you Bill

We've about 20 stays on the big isle and found this place among the tops. To add to other rave reviews a few details not mentioned -- Pleasantly surprised to find baby friendly: portacrib and chair for feeding. Also don't miss the beach toys in the downstairs bedroom closet: boogie boards, noodles, snorkels, toys etc. And we were glad to see a rice cooker in the kitchen. Location, location, location. It's right off the walkway around King's Lake. We strolled to an evening Hawaiian music show. And visited the hotel nearby for lunch and a snorkel lesson. Most of all the owner was super-accommodating: arranged for special allergy-free laundry detergent (and gave us access to the fantastic maid), then set us up with his partner in a neighboring unit for a smooth transition on our return from the other side of the isle to see the volcano for an additional two-day stay after the three-night hiatus. Can't say thank you enough! Mahalo a nui loa. P. S. We lived and worked in Hawaii, too, so know what for.

Very well managed property. End unit townhome so not sandwhiched with other condos above or below. Fantastic property management that keeps the area quiet and clean...within 30 steps from the pool and we NEVER heard any noise even when sitting on the Lanai. Walkable location to shops, bars and food we found ourselves walking to the shopping centers regularly. Easy location for walking the lava (Kings Trail) and central to the western shore for beaches and other areas for visiting... A-Bay the local beach is just average, theyv'e had some Tsunami damage that carved the beach in two (quite something to see actually) and so far as beaches go, many others within 10 minutes that area worth the drive. Our stay was painless (which is what matters) and the condo is very well appointed and maintained. Will definetly return.

This was our second time in this condo. It is in a perfect location. This is a great place to stay for a week or a month. We had six of us stay there and was very comfortable, plenty of room. The condo is very clean, comfortable, kitchen is well equipped, pool and hot tub right out your back door, as well as the barbeque area. The Kings and Queens shops and the beach are all within walking distance. We loved walking over to A-Bay and looking for the sea turtles that come up on the beach. It is almost always sunny in this spot. It is in a perfect location to go snorkeling, ziplining, a drive over to Hilo and to the Volcano. These are all easy day trips. If you are a golfer, you'll be in heaven. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to enjoy a peaceful, relaxing Hawaiian vacation!! It was nice meeting you Bill. Thanks.

Our family has been coming to the Big Island for several years and last year we found this property. Since then we have booked it twice and absolutely love it! Amazing space. Clean, comfortable and up to date. The location next to the pool CAN"T BE BEAT!!! Our kids enjoy the great yard and we enjoy sitting on the lanai each morning and evening. We would recommend this condo to any one coming to visit the Big Island. What is offered for the price is outstanding. Thanks!!

This was our second time in Waikoloa, so we already knew that area is great, safe and fun with the best climate on the island. The unit L1 we stayed at was simply GREAT. Excellent design, beautiful kitchen and bathrooms, rooms well equipped with everything you could possibly need and very nice furniture. It was also very clean and one of the best locations in the Fairway villas, just next to the pool and close to a grilling station. BTW, nice set of 6 Weber grills there. The complex is about 5 min walk from King and Queen shops, and about 8 minutes to Anaehoomaly Bay beach, which is great for swimming, and turtle watching. Turtles can be seen almost every evening resting at the right edge of the beech. Highly recommend Hapuna and Kauna'oa Bay beeches, they are worth a short drive north. Volcano is an awe inspiring experience, make sure you leave yourself enough time to explore. Kona downtown is cool, nice evening walk.

We are here in this beautiful home as I write this review. Tonight is our last night after spending an amazing week here and we are very sad to have to leave in the morning. This condo is very spacious with room for everyone. My husband and I came with our three teenage boys and we all had a blast. The furnishings were lovely, beds very comfy. Georgous kitchen which is very well equipped. We also loved the sparkling grills just outside and BBQ most evenings. The grounds here are clean and very well kept. We walked everywhere as did our kids. There are shops, grocery, and A-Bay within minutes of our unit. Very safe, upscale, resort neighborhood. Great beaches all around. We enjoyed snorkling, boogie boarding, body surfing and lots of sitting and sunning! Don't miss the Volcano National Park on the other side ~ well worth the drive. We just can't say enough about this home and our visit and we can't wait to get back again. Thank you, Bill!
