This ground floor unit has a full kitchen, dining area, one bedroom with brand new Queen bed and private bath and shower. It also comes with its own washer and dryer. The bedroom has a King size convertible couch bed for 2 adults or children to sleep on. It is a state of the art pull out system that is almost as comfortable as a regular bed mattress.
