Relax or swim laps in our Condo pool or in the pool on the beach (Playa Iguana) at our brand new beach club that overlooks Colorados surf break!
Our Condo and surrounding ranch has all the amenities of a 5-Star resort without the crowds. Great for families and/or friends. Come and enjoy the people, the climate, the beaches, the SURF, the GOLF, and FISHING, at your leisure and on your schedule.
Bicycles and surfboards are available for your use. Five minute walk to beach, golf clubhouse, and restaurant. Transportation to and from the airport is available (rent a car or get a ride). Surf and Fishing tours are available.

This is a great rental. The owners are very nice and the management and staff are very nice and helpful. This rental is fully equipped and has a great selection of cooking supplies as well. Has two beautiful pools and inside the condo s very nice and spacious I highly recommend staying here. ThanksRecommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

About the owner: Hola from Tom Bauman and Annie Bauman. We thank you for your interest in our Nicaragua Surf and Golf Condo. We love Nicaragua, the people, the climate, and the Surf and Golf (we includes our kids: Aley, Hanna, and Dane). We will retire in Nicaragua in the near future.
