The Dew Drop Inn is located on a quiet, private street just a short walk along palm tree lined, brick paved streets to Seacrest Beach's resort style pool with fountains, waterfalls and two bath houses. A short stroll or tram ride takes you to the Gulf's fabulous sugar white beaches. The shops and restaurants of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach are a pleasant walk or bike ride away. An absolutely fantastic family vacation place.
The first floor features a guest bedroom with a queen bed and bath, a fully equipped, functional kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining area and a spacious living area with a 42" flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo system.
The second floor is home to the first of two master bedrooms with a king size bed, private master bath with separate jetted tub and private balcony. Down the hall is a second bedroom with two full beds, one with a single bunk, private bath and balcony.
The third floor houses the second master with a king size bed, second master bath, sitting area and private balcony. Walk over to the full wet bar, make yourself a drink and head out to the tower deck to enjoy the picturesque neighborhood views, peeks of the gulf and spectacular sunsets.
Seacrest Beach is located on the north side of Hwy 30A in beautiful South Walton County, Florida. The development is bordered on the east by Rosemary Beach and on the west by Alys Beach. A ten minute drive east on Hwy 98 brings you to Pier Park, Panama City Beach's new premier development which includes a movie theater, outdoor amphitheater and numerous shops and restaurants including the Back Porch and Margaritaville.
Head west for ten minutes and find world famous Seaside Beach, Watercolor and Grayton Beach with more fabulous restaurants and shops! An additional 10 min west lands you in Sandestin with the Baytown Wharf and the Silver Sands Factory Outlet stores.
Golfers can enjoy many challenging courses within 30 minutes including Tom Fazio's Camp Creek. The paved trail along 30A is perfect for walkers, joggers and bikers. The best deep sea fishing in the south comes out of Destin Harbor.
