Blue sky, green sea and endless white beach make Barnegat Light the perfect vacation spot for spring, summer or fall! And you'll always feel at home in this immaculate, comfortable, fully equipped first floor duplex.
Three bedrooms (queen bed, four twin beds), one full bath, heat, central air, private full-sized washer/dryer and outdoor shower. It's our home, too, so we've set it up with everything needed for a great time in the sun.
First floor unit is ideal for families with young children or seniors, only three low steps to front deck and house. Shaded deck has large dining table, chairs, padded loungers, gas grill. Additional picnic table in backyard.
The street is quiet, safe for children to play or ride bicycles. Park your car and walk to everything: "Old Barney" lighthouse, general store, liquor store, shopping, antiques, grocery, deli, marina, family and upscale dining, fishing, boat rentals, bike and video rentals, ice cream store, bar with live music, playground, skate park with basketball and tennis courts, churches, museum, nature trails.
We're three houses from breathtaking dunes and a wide, white sand beach. There's plenty of room to spread out, even at high tide. It's also widely regarded as one of the best fishing beaches on LBI. Surfing is allowed any time.

The property was everything the owner said it was. It was very clean, in great shape, comfortable, quiet. We had a great vacation on LBI, largely due to the excellent accommodations.

Our stay at this house was absolutely great! This house is a perfect place to get away with the family or a few friends.The owners have a very comfortable house that allow for the perfect beach getaway. The owners have made sure that you have everything that you may need during your stay: gas BBQ grill, a full size washer and dryer, a well stocked kitchen, cable TV and use of a computer. Even the extra toiletries in the bathrom, "in case you forgot anything" was a really nice touch. The trek to the beach might be a bit much for some people, but the tram that the towns runs was really helpful!! Taking a 14 month old and all of her stuff to the beach can be a handful :) The beach itself is absolutely beautiful. The town of Barnegat Light is at the northern tip of LBI - what an amazing place to stay!! It is quiet and peaceful, and everyone that you encounter is pleasant and nice! One of the favorite parts of my vacation was taking my morning stroll for coffee. Thanks for a wonderful week!!

We stayed here in July 2010. The location is terrific - just steps from the beach and a short walk to the bay side. Close to all, including restaurants such as Mustache Bill's. House is very clean and has everything that you need. Even better is the owner - incredibly nice and responsive with plenty of great suggestions. We are thinking about returning again.

what a wonderful home to vacation in - the house was great - super clean - the kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to enjoy delicious meals. It was very obvious to me and my family members that the owners put their heart and soul into making our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. i cannot wait to go back next summer. i would highly recommend this house when considering your vacation on lbi!!!! This house was great. We loved the setting - quiet street and a beautiful walk to the beach. The entrance to the beach was right out the door with the walk to the beach taking you through the dunes in a pristine and natural setting.
