Location, location, location. At your patio's edge is a pond and waterfall. Looking west down a long fairway are the majestic snowcapped San Jacinto Mountains and colorful sunsets (sunset photo was taken by one of our guests Jan 2008). You also have lovely SW views of the Santa Rosa Mountains amid palm trees. Our guests tell us they like this condo because, although on the golf course, it still affords a feeling of privacy.
In addition to the master and guest bedrooms, this comfortably sized condo has a separate den with a queen size convertible bed and adjacent bathroom. The Living Room has high ceilings with a floor to ceiling gas fireplace.
Two pools with spas within a short stroll or just relax and read on the patio to the serene background sound of a waterfall.

The cleanest and modernly remodeled and kept up condo we've rented yet. The abundent sunshine and views were exceptional. The water features were at our patio but the golfers although close did not take away from our privacy. The appreciated features inside included WIFI, Stereo, printer, multiple CD player, bar, ample light with sky lights. Double & clean garage were appreciated. No clutter. The Lakes Club House was friendly and pleasant with excelent food and service. We always felt treated like membors. The owners were always a phone call away and available.
Recommended for:Age 55+, sightseeing, people with disabilities, romantic getaway.

We totally enjoyed our stay. The views in the backyard were just beautiful and we enjoyed them each day!! Many times with a drink in hand! The owners were delightful people to work with and we would return to this lovely home!! Area restaurants are terrific and close by. The Lakes is a beautiful community.
Recommended for:Age 55+, sightseeing, girls getaway.

The property was as described, well maintained and very clean. Den with big screen TV and WiFi was a big plus. The view from the patio was to die for. We enjoyed the lake and sound of the falls every much. The sunsets from the patio are incredible. Great location in the development and in Palm Desert. Very quiet area and very convenient to stores and restaurants. Owner was very helpful and available. Overall a wonderful relaxing time.
Recommended for:Age 55+, romantic getaway.
