Olive Summer is a 3 story home situated on a large corner lot in the beautiful subdivision of Seacrest Beach. This 2400+ square ft. home has a spacious layout with bedrooms on first 2 levels.
Each bedroom contains marvelous furnishings and color TV's. Tons of covered decks provide ample space for lounging. Decks are furnished with chairs, tables and a hammock.
The interior of this beach getaway is equally impressive. The kitchen contains custom cabinetry, beautiful granite counters & stainless steel appliances. Den has a 50" plasma TV with surround sound and speakers throughout house.
Directly off the den is a large screened in back porch. The house has 2 master bedrooms. One on the main floor and one on 2nd floor, both have private baths. There are 2 other guest bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one has a bunk bed with pull out trundle-perfect for children(sleeps 4). All bedrooms have walk in closets!
A tower is located on 3rd level which includes a wet bar, mini fridge and an outdoor deck complete with a birds eye view of scenic surroundings. Some added benefits to this house are: the corner lot allows parking for 5 vehicles, there's an outdoor shower, gas grill and a small commercial ice machine (perfect for filling coolers for the beach or pool)!!
Enjoy 12,000 sq. foot pool with waterfall (this is the best pool for all ages), private beach access and lush landscaping. The Seacrest Beach community is very family oriented, providing an abundance of activities nearby. You can ride bikes or walk to go shopping, play tennis, go swimming or eat at fabulous restaurants.
