From an European point of view, I would recommend this townhouse to anybody who is difficult to satisfy. It is evident that the Owners have been travelling extensively and were able to understand what everybody is looking for in a rental. The unit is very well appointed and immaculate. The Master suite on the top floor is a must and the views are incredible from every floor. The atmosphere is so cozy that it makes you wish that you own the place. We enjoyed very much the short walking distance to downtown. Loved the private outside terrace. We will definitively come back next year. Andre, (Nice, France)

Location / View / Luxury, all describe this incredible vacation opportunity..... My partner and I have stayed here each year for the past four years and this rental cannot be beat for its exceptional value, location and a most enjoyable TOTAL vacation experience. Equally important to us, this end unit 3 level townhome provided privacy both on the upper master bedroom deck and also on the patio from any adjacent units, yet with unbelievable views over P-town and to the ocean. Great attention to detail was given by the owners to create this the classic, stylish and most comfortable interior and garden design. Every convenience and ammenity have been provided for from the well stocked chef's kitchen, to new linens and towels in the 3 guest rooms. This property has always been maintained in immaculate condition and one feels as if this is their own home, not a rental. Without hesitation, I would recommend this as a first choice for the discerning traveler and their guests to P-town. Richard
