Our villa is beautifully decorated in a Seaside Retreat theme.
There are three bedrooms and two full baths, a large open great room with vaulted ceiling, dining area, full size kitchen with pantry and a screened porch overlooking the golf course and lagoon. Each room is custom painted with seaside colors.
The great room has spacious seating and two wicker rockers. The master bedroom suite has a king size bed with four king pillows, a walk-in closet and private bathroom. There is a sliding door to a screened porch. Bedroom #2 has 2 single beds and Bedroom #3 has a queen bed.
There is also a queen size pull out sofa in the great room. The full size kitchen is completely equipped. There are ceiling fans throughout, TV/DVD/VCR in the great room. The bedrooms also have a TV. A full size washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, linens/towels are provided.
The villa is a second floor (top floor) end unit with extra windows. The pool is next door. The front entry has a very large pond and fountain view. The screened porch (back of villa) has a tranquil lagoon/golf view. There are two pools/hot tub, tennis court and a grill (community shared).
We live locally and maintain the villa. We are on hand to insure you have a great vacation. For the comfort of all our guests, no smoking, no pets.

My family had a hard time leaving this great condo. It is even nicer than the pictures show with all the comforts of home. Great for a family with small children. Our girls loved eating on the back patio while watching the family of ducks down below. The pool and hot tube are located just outside the condo with plenty of table and chairs to relax in. Conveniently located to everything. We took many trips down to Myrtle Beach without any problems and close to the beach with nice public beach access. Just down the road from a nice Lowe's Food which was very important to us for we try to eat organic as much as possible. Upon leaving my mother was talking about "booking this place for next year". Great condo in a great location!!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

I brought my grandson and my daughter-in-law to this lovely villa for a peacefull retreat away from the at home hospice care for Angelo's grandfather. It was so clean and lovely and so much nicer than the photos even show! We had a wonderful, quiet and relaxing vacation here - enjoyed the pool right behind the villa and the beach close by. I will definitely stay here again. The owners are great to communicate with and very professional.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.
