Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, Tingles Addition
Joe and I vacationed in Bethany for 4 years with our 3 children before we had this home custom built.
We realized an oceanfront home was out of our reach so decided to have a home built as close as possible.
We have discovered it is the best of both worlds to be a part of the town. Walks and trolley rides to the town and beach are delightful.

See lots of wildlife in town which is unusual. Our sitings have included mallard ducks, rabbits, deer, and even a box turtle.

I work for Department of Homeland Security (TSA) at Washington Dulles International Airport.
Joe works for Fairfax County Public Schools and during the summer you will find him driving the trolley around Bethany.
