Over 240 ft. of water frontage leads you right to the Gulf of Mexico in only 20 minutes by boat and located midway between the upscale boating communities of Tarpon Point and Cape Harbor where you will find many exciting boutiques, restaurants, spas and boat rentals awaiting you.
As you enter the elegant interior of the home, you will be entranced by the 24 ft dome, stunning Italian columns and a breathtaking view of the lake. To your left, the soothing sound of the waterfall and children's pool or private lounging pool awaits your enjoyment for quiet time and privacy while relaxing and enjoying your vacation time by simply reading a book or sunbathing in privacy.
To the right, you have your wet bar and formal dining area complete with crystal and china for entertaining or that special romantic dinner. Continuing on through the home, there awaits a gourmet kitchen complete with Viking 5 burner cook top, side by side refrigerator, double ovens, warming drawer and separate beverage refrigerator with extended bar and all granite countertops. This overlooks the tropical Tommy Bahama decorated family room with big screen TV and spectacular views complete with warm leather furniture.
The outdoor lanai is complete for total living with sofa, loveseat, wicker dining table and chairs and big screen tv and only separated by steps to enjoy the formal pool and hot tub. To complete your outdoor experience we have a gazebo outdoor kitchen area with gas grill and bar. The palazzo look will make you feel like you have just found paradise. And to complete this experience, there is a roll down down for additional privacy or for protection on those rare cool evenings.
Disappearing door walls open throughout so that you can enjoy the gentle breezes off the lake and utilize all of the space provided.
The master suite is a paradise in itself with a view of both the lake, pool and interior waterfall courtyard area and its own master bath with garden tub, double shower and huge walk-in closet. It's tropical decor, tray ceiling help to complete the atmosphere that you deserve. 1000 count linens just add to the luxury you deserve for the ultimate vacation.
Nearby boat rentals will drop off a boat right to your dock or you can enjoy the area by using the provided bicycles, golf clubs and pool toys available for your enjoyment.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, Southwest
My husband and I have loved vacationing and always made it a priority in our life. Our favorite times were near the waters in Florida and the Caribbean. We looked around for our own piece of paradise and ran into Cape Coral with over 700 miles of waterfront properties. We decided to build our retirement home and make it a place to live in paradise with a waterfront estate where we could live as if on vacation everyday.

Our home is unique with as many exterior areas to live in as inside the home. With a waterfall to remind you of Hawaii to the outstanding view of the water at the rear....it can only be described as paradise. We made this an entertainer's delight and somewhere we could be proud to bring our guests. While we are waiting to retire, we are sharing our upscale delight with tenants from all over the world that have done nothing but rave about the accomodations and the location.
