Luxurious, Upscale 2 BD/BA 10th floor Ocean Front Condo in Emerald Isle Resort

This beautiful professionally decorated beach front unit is located in Emerald Isle Resort. Emerald Isle is a 17 story luxury gated high rise condominium resort located directly on Pensacola Beach on Santa Rosa Island. Emerald Isle Resort sits on almost 5 acres and has over 300 feet of direct beach front access to the blue green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. From this 10th floor unit, you have direct, unobstructed views to the water and have no roads to cross to reach the beach. Guests renting this unit for 3 days or more between March 1, 2009 – October 31, 2009 receive 2 free padded beaches with an umbrella set up daily on the beach in front of Emerald Isle by Lazy Days Beach Chair Rental. (4th of July week and Blue Angels week, June 27 - July 16 excluded.)

This elegant unit features a master bedroom with a king sized bed and a second bedroom with a queen sized bed. The master bedroom has floor to ceiling windows with ocean view and direct balcony access, a private bathroom with a garden tub and shower, and a flat screen HD LCD television and DVD player. The second bedroom has a view of Santa Rosa Sound, a bathroom, television, and VCR.

The living room has floor to ceiling windows with with spectacular ocean view and direct balcony access. The living room has a sectional sofa that includes a queen sized sofa bed and several chairs. The entertainment center includes a flat screen HD LCD television with HBO, Encore, Starz, and On-Demand, a DVD player, and a stereo with CD player.

The dining room offers seating for eight, and the kitchen is fully stocked with new dinnerware and flatware for 12. Additionally, the kitchen has granite counter tops, a wide assortment of pots and pans, and a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and can opener.

This vacation condo also features a glass railed balcony with two Adirondack chairs as well as a dining table for 4. In addition, the condo has free high speed wired and wireless internet as well as a washer and dryer.

Emerald Isle Resort has two beachfront pools (one heated) and a hot tub. Additionally, there is a beachfront fitness and sauna. Emerald Isle Resort is within walking distance to Pensacola Beach’s many restaurants and shops and is a short bicycle ride away from Fort Pickens and the Gulf Islands National Seashore.

The owner has allergies so this unit is strictly smoke and pet free.

  • My wife and I stayed at your condo for a week in September. Over the years, we have stayed in several other condos in Emerald Isle and found this one to be the most nicely furnished. In particular, this condo has updated furnishings (e.g., granite countertops, high def flat screen tvs, etc.). We also found the condo to be very clean and the kitchen well stocked with dishes, silverware, and pots and pans. We really liked the 10th floor location because it was high enough up that we did not hear noise from the pool but low enough that we had a good view of the beach and ocean from the balcony. We have rented using VRBO a few times and really liked the procedure that you have for VRBO rentals. We paid VRBO prices and could use a credit card but were able to pick up and turn in keys from a rental office that was located right in front of Emerald Isle. Thank you for a great week at the beach!

  • I spent a wonderful week at your condo this spring. We've stayed at Emerald Isle several times and your condo was the most beautifully decorated. We bought shrimp at Joe Patti's and enjoyed a romantic dinner in. The kitchen had everything we needed and the view on the balcony was wonderful. We loved the flat screen TVs and will definitely book your unit again.

  • Having visited this condo on several occasions, I just had to leave a review. This is a wonderful vacation rental. It is beautifully decorated and easily accomodates six people. The price is very reasonable and the view is unsurpassed. It has a lot of extras that you don't see in most vacation rentals - granite counters, flat screen tv's and lots of closet space. I highly recommend this rental.
