Great Location, Great Place for a group

This house was a great location for our Guys' Weekend. A huge house with a great backyard and pool was perfect for our group and for lounging around during the day, and a $12-$15 cab ride to Old Town Scottsdale was extremely convenient for the evenings. Located 12-20 minutes nearly directly north on 44th St from the airport's west entrance make getting to the house very easy for out-of-towners. The host was great and made our trip easy and enjoyable.

Recommended for:Tourists without a car

This house is perfect for a visit to Scottsdale close to everything. Very spacouse, well equipt, the pool was great the views of camleback are wonderful from the front or back yard, beds are comfortable, look forward to renting it agian.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers.

We were in Phoenix for a family reunion. Beautiful house, spacious and well-equipped, comfortable for ourselves and our grown children and their spouses. The pool was fun and the location can't be beat: close to recreation, restaurants, and shopping. Thanks, Debra.

Our family of five stayed here for 5 nights. This home is spacious and well furnished and equipped. The backyard with it's swimming pool is also a nice feature. You can't beat the location, minutes away from Scottsdale Road. Tons of shopping and restaurants nearby. We'll rent this property again.

The best location in the Phoenix area!

We recently returned for a visit after moving from Scottsdale 5 years ago, and the location of this house is the best around! Together with a huge yard and pool, and lots of comfortable space inside, we didn't want to leave the house during our stay! We will, without question, be booking another stay for our next trip to the Valley. Thank you for everything!!

The house felt like home within minutes of arriving. The location was minutes from down town. AJ's market up the street is a gourmet grocery. The beds were comfortable and the house was spotless. We will definately return. Thanks for a great stay!

This is a beautiful property and was a perfect fit for our group. The house itself is spacious with a great split floorplan. There are actually 2 living rooms with large TVs. The kitchen and all the rooms are well-appointed. We spent the most time outside between the heated pool and basketball hoop in the driveaway. The scenery surrounding the home is beautiful as well -- a clear view of Camelback Mountain and great access to everything. Thanks Debra for being a great host!

We had a wonderful visit at your beautiful home, I only wish we had 1-2 more days there! Excellent location and amazing neighborhood. I took your advice and went to the spa down the street, best massage I've ever had! Great area to walk around in, very convenient to shops, mall, and restaurants. We definitely will return! i needed space to entertain 9 out-of-town ladies for a bachelorette weekend-- this house was perfect! it is open, clean, nicely decorated and super-inexpensive compared to resorts nearby. we were able to sit by the fireplace and chat, take long hikes/walks on camelback mountain (it is literally across the street), and even host a bridal shower in the spacious backyard-pool area. it is 5 minutes from scottsdale road, and we enjoyed shopping and restaraunts without having to drive across town. it is fully stocked with linens, utensils, tvs, and wi-fi. i would recommend this house if you need lots of space and want to be close to resorts, hiking, shopping, without paying a ton of money for fancy hotel rooms.

Reunion in Paradise valley

We recently rented this home for a 5 day family reunion. What a location & our great experience couldn't have been better. It is a great home for large families, spacious enough for everyone could be together , breakaway for a little on 1 on 1 time or even sneak in a nap! We thoroughly enjoyed the great fenced in yard with heated pool & fire pit (a bonus in the middle of January). The kids had a great time, swimming, playing basketball, riding bicycles & making use of the Wi-Fi. The kitchen was great & with 4 cooks in the house it was used a lot. Any little glitches we had the owner was quick to remedy. Overall, it was a great experience and we'll definitely be back. Thank you, Debra for making your home available to us!

We recently rented this home for a one week family vacation. We could not have asked for more!!! Not only is this home beautiful, but it allowed us to relax as well! Although we right by The Sanctuary, we never even ventured to it's pool. The pool in the backyard was so wonderful, there was no need to leave. My son and his fiancé brought their dog, who also loved the home and yard so much, he now refuses to go into his cage!!!! This was THE single most relaxing and enjoyable vacation we've had in years! What a great house and location. We were visiting Phoenix, which is our home and it was so comfortable and cost effective for the 6 of us to stay in a house as opposed to a hotel. Kids had room to move around and ride their waveboards and play basketball. Having WiFi was very good as it is necessary for communication. Would have been good to have a land line to use for local calls - especially as our Australian mobile phones don't work in the US. It was a nuisance to get a mobile phone just for a week. Having access to the Sanctuary was awesome. We had lunch by the pool there one day and also took advantage of their fitness facilities and tennis courts. Would definitely stay there again next time we get back home. Wouldn't even look at anything else. It was perfect for us !

What a wonderful house and location. We fell in love with Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. Our dog loved the great fenced in yard. The house was very comfortable and any little glitches we had the owners were quick to remedy. Great kitchen and master bedroom and bath. My only criticism is there should have been more patio furniture to enjoy the pool and WiFi is a must.
