Spectacular views abound from the rooftop deck of this 4 bedroom, 4 ½ bath spacious beach home nestled in the comfort and shade of the islands largest oak trees . This home features all of the luxuries you could desire…. Four porches fully equipped for your enjoyment, a gourmet kitchen fully equipped with a 6 burner Viking® stove and granite countertops, full house stereo, gas fireplace, wide planked hardwood floors, wet bar with wine cabinet, and a professionally decorated home with the accoutrements to create a relaxing yet refined atmosphere.
Be ready to be smothered in luxury. The outdoor gas grill along with the fully equipped kitchen helps create those memorable dinners that you’ll always remember relaxing with friends and family. Two Beach accesses are minutes from your door. Your children can play in park and beautiful green space which if just one block away.
The house has an inverted floor plan with 4 bedrooms, all with their own private bathroom. If that is not enough, we have included MoonView bathrobes in each of the masters for your use while you are in the house. There are two spacious masters, one up and one down, both with access to their own porches, tiled showers, and extra comfortable matrices will provide you a great nights rest. Two additional bedrooms on the first level provide additional accommodations for 4 more people. One bedroom is equipped with bunk beds and a trundle that can sleep up to 4. The second bedroom is equipped with a queen poster bed that can sleep 2 people.
There is a spiral staircase that carries you up to the roof top deck is the perfect spot to catch the sunrise/sunset and to view the breathtaking views of the beaches of Bald Head. What a great place for your coffee in the morning and a glass of wine to unwind after a tough day of bike riding, beaching and golf cart riding; whew! For star gazers, the rooftop deck is the best place to view the moon or other constellations.
Other special touches include a wine refrigerator, ice maker, DVD players in two bedrooms and the living area with a 40 inch flat screen TV, 2 screened porches, free internet access, washer and dryer, and cleaning of the house at the end of the week. We ask only that you strip the beds and start a load of sheets to assist the cleaners in preparing for the next guests.
There are two fully equipped clubs on the island. Included in your rental is membership to the BHI club which provides access to the golf course, exercise room, and gourmet restaurants. For an additional $150/week membership to the Shoal’s Club can be purchased. The Shoals club, which is less than five minutes away, is directly on the beach providing gourmet dining, a heated pool, a fitness center and many children’s activities.
Our rates include two golf carts, a six and a four seater, bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs and towels. One of my favorite amenities of the house is the outdoor shower. There is nothing more freeing than an outdoor shower after a day at the beach. (It also helps keep sand out of the house if the children shower there first and they love it!)
We have worked hard to provide every special comfort we can think of to make your stay a memorable one for you and your family. Picture yourself sleeping on the chaise on the back porch, showering outdoors, drinking wine on a rooftop deck with the ocean breezes gently blowing, feeling a good tired from all of the activity of the day.
