Located in a luxury area of Lake Tahoe, this large home offers plenty of space for a large family to enjoy. Situated on almost 2 acres and backing up to the National Forest, guest can relax in the hot tub in total privacy while enjoying the views of Heavenly Ski Resort. Just minutes to Heavenly Ski Resort, Casinos, Golf Courses and Zephyr Cove beaches, it’s easy to see why our guest love to stay here. In the winter, guest can snowshoe right from the back yard into the forest. In the summer, guest can hike or bike from the house to the Tahoe Rim Trail. There's also plenty of room for 6-8 autos' as well as a boat or RV with this level entry home. There is also a basketball hoop for the kids and even adults to enjoy.
Guest amenities include: Private Hot Tub, Game Room with Pool Table, Dry Sauna, Jacuzzi tub in the master, Level entry and tons of privacy.

Winters in Lake Tahoe-
In the Lake Tahoe area, there are 7 world class ski resorts from 5 minutes to 1 hour away. We enjoy more than 300 days of sunshine each year, giving the Sierra Nevada Mountains some of the best skiing conditions in the world. At lake level, annual snowfall averages 125 inches. At alpine skiing elevations, the snowfall averages 300 to 500 inches each year. Here in Lake Tahoe there is winter enjoyment for everyone:
