This very private lot gives you privacy and the beauty of deep water for relaxation at its best.
The two level main house sleeps 10 with 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The master suite has a private deck and bath. The lower level has a separate television and DVD player for children in the bunk room. Two additional rooms have queen beds.
The guest house has a private bath and twin beds. Great spot for those who want complete privacy.
The house is on a private driveway with access to a perfect place for morning walks. The kitchen will provide all the amenities of home for preparing meals for all the crew!

$500 deposit due @ reservation; half due 60 days prior, half due 14 days prior
$125 cleaning fee & 7% GA sales tax will be due with final payment

Had a great time on Lake Burton in this lovely, spacious lakefront home ! Beautiful lake view from master bedroom and guestroom. Plenty of room to share with several families. The separate guest house is great for those that want more privacy. Will definitely be going back ! Be sure and stop by the Chop House restaurant at La Prade's Marina for a great meal, too :)
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Great vacation spot for a family or group. Beautiful long view of Lake Burton from the deck. Love the cool morning walks along the lake. Can't wait to go back!

A fabulous vacation getaway! Very spacious and comfortable with all updated amenities. Master Suite is awesome. Kitchen is huge. Beautiful view of Lake Burton. We love it!
