This clean, beautiful and private reverse living home is located on the North End of Long Beach Island near the famous Barnegat Lighthouse. 3 zone air-conditioning, 2 outdoor decks, 4 comfortable bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen will make your stay both restful and enjoyable.
The Master suite has its own private balcony, a king size bed with shower, bath and double sink as well as a TV. The Junior master suite has a large deck as well as a queen size bed, private bath and TV. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. The 'kids room' has a full, trundle and twin beds (sleeps 4 in that room) as well as a TV and DVD/tape player.
The third floor has an open family room with TV and DVD/tape player. It joins the dining area with table seating for 6. The kitchen is complete with counter seating for 4, microwave, dishwasher and range/oven as well as cooking and eating utensils. There is a spacious outside shower for your convenience.
Located in a great neighborhood for biking and walking, you are just a few minutes from charter fishing, boat rentals, kayaking, restaurants, a bay beach and shopping. You can have your coffee on the back deck and watch the fishing boats head out to sea for their morning catch.
Enjoy the water view, sea breezes, beautiful white beaches and family atmosphere on the North End of Long Beach Island.

This house is great - nice layout, clean, plenty of room. With the reversed living, you can see the bay and the Barnegat Lighthouse from the upper deck and living areas. Or you can sit on the shaded lower deck, where the back of the home is surrounded by pine trees. There is a master suite, along with another bedroom with it's own bath. There are 2 more bedrooms and a full bath. I suggest bringing or renting bikes, which can be easily stored in the garage. We would ride in the morning, sometimes to get breakfast at Mustache Mike's or Kelly's. Those not familiar with High Bar Harbor - see the map. It is a community on the bay side of Barnegat Light. On our second day, right around the corner at the end of Sunset Blvd., we discovered access to a bay beach that faces east. We ended up spending the rest of our vacation there instead of going to the ocean. The water was beautiful, not deep, nice view, the kids caught a seahorse, a blow fish and a crab. It was absolutely glorious. If you happen to have a boat, there is a yacht club in walking distance where you may be able to rent a slip. The owner is great! We hope to return next summer!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, girls getaway.
