Welcome to Boca Grand North with some of the best water views of the island! Decorated in a nautical theme with decks on both Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico that offer stunning views. This is a special unit that invites you to come and relax.
This special island has the ambiance of a bygone era...no fast food restaurants, no traffic lights, no high rises, and almost no crime. It is seven miles long and one mile across with stunning Carribean-type waters.
This is a first floor unit with easy access and few stairs. We provide all of the essentials for a very comfortable visit.
If you enjoy fishing, golf, using golf carts for transportation(charging stations available) riding bikes, warm breezes and beautiful sunsets, this should be your choice. Watch the sun rise from the family room and sunsets on the Golf of Mexico from your private deck. Boat slip available, also.
