Welcome to Boca Grand North with some of the best water views of the island! Decorated in a nautical theme with decks to view both Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico that offer stunning water views. This is a special unit that invites you to come and relax.
This special island has the ambiance of a bygone era...no fast food restaurants, no traffic lights, no high rises, and almost no crime. It is seven miles long and one mile across with stunning Carribean-type waters.
This is a first floor unit with easy access and few stairs. We provide all of the essentials for a very comfortable visit.
If you enjoy fishing, golf, using golf carts for transportation(charging stations available) riding bikes, warm breezes and beautiful sunsets, this should be your choice. Watch the sun rise from the family room and sunsets on the Golf of Mexico from your private deck. Boat slip available, also.
We offer special owner rates and discounts for return renters. Please call or email now, so you can plan a visit to our island paradise.
IN the summer, we offer VERY SPECIAL midweek rates of $125/night + $50 cleaning! Come and spend Monday- Friday with us!

Year Purchased: 1985
We are from MN and MI and now live in Iowa. We first visited Boca Grande when my Mom, Eddy, moved to Pt Charlotte in 1980 and purchased our first Boca property in 1985.
Please come and enjoy our little piece of "Old Florida!"
Why the Owner Chose Boca Grande
We fell in love with the pristine waters and the wonderful, slow pace the island has to offer. You can use a golf cart on the entire island!
We love to ride our bikes on the 7 mile bike path and walk the beaches, finding many unique shells.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We love our very first unit at Boca Grande North with it's special views of BOTH the Gulf and Charlotte Harbor. Water views from every window plus the interior completes the "feel" with it's nautical theme
We feel very sentimental about this unit and we've named it after my parents in their honor!

We came in late August, expecting to stay here once, then investigate other places on Boca Grande for future trips. However, this is it! After just a couple of days, we knew that this place was perfect! We loved the views from each end of the condo. It was perfectly decorated and just felt like home. The double beds in the second bedroom are a huge asset. We need never look further, and look forward to returning here next summer. We would definitely recommend this place to everyone! We just returned from a stay at your condo - and it was perfect! Highly recommended !!!! We loved the fact that your unit was right in front of the dock slips and a grill right out front.The condo was everything you could want, spacious, clean, and had fantastic views! the fishing was terrific, kids and I caught a bunch of fish. Ubelievable beaches a perfect vacation spot. - Bring Your Boat! We'll be back next year! Bruce and Cathy

This is the best family vacaton that we have every had! Walks on the beach, reading on the beach, the boys spending time at the pool, and time for us (parents) to enjoy our own time on the beach. The condo has everything that you could want in the kitchen, very comfortable furniture that invites you to kick back and relax. We want to come back to your special place on Boca!

It is absolutetly breath-taking in person, and the waters are turquoise with sunsets and sunrises from both screened porch and decks. This condon has a nautical feel and the two double beds in guest room is a big plus. The kitchen is well equipped and the furniture invites you to sit down and relax….My whole family really enjoyed this beautiful condo, it was very relaxing. Everything you need is here!!! I would recommend this to EVERYONE!! I know I will be back....again and again and again!!!
