  a few items of concern - the old dirty area rug in the living area. I have two small kids and I did not want them anywhere near this - we rolled it up and put it behind the couch. Every bathtub had hairs in them as soon as we came in so I know these were not ours. Obviously whoever cleans the place is not very thorough. The beds in one of the twin rooms are new but the other twin room the mattresses are horrible and need to be replaced. The lighting was broken in one of the master bedrooms. Overall it was very dated and needs to be refreshed. Lack of WIFI is a bit of a pain. We did notice that this property is for sale so perhaps the owner will not be updating anything as a result. The resort was nice but I would not stay here again. We had a great time because we chose to overlook some of the negatives.

We use the on-site management company to ensure all issues are dealt with promptly and we immediately forwarded your comments onto them for them to act accordingly. I can assure you that we strive to ensure all guests have the best possible stay hence the new carpeting, tiling etc. This is the first negative feedback we have received and we will be acting to rectify these issues as soon as possible.

  Everything was great with a few concerns. Lack of wifi in condo was annoying. Service in restaurant was really slow but food and prices were good. Pool area good and liked 241 happy hour. TV was only a 32 inch flat screen but was not really there to watch tv. Overall a good experience and good location. Would definitely rent again.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  We had a great time at this home. It was beautiful and extremeley clean, which was a wonderful thing because I am a neat freak. The house was very spacious. We had a fabulous time. The resort was very nice as well, but just make sure that when you purchase your float from the store, PUT YOUR NAME ON IT! A woman stole one of ours and denied that she did. The lazy river was really fun and the water slide was awesome! Our kids (and us of course) really loved it and were never ready to go home. We went to Sea World 2 of the days that we were there. It is about a 30 minute drive, but it's not bad. Lots of restraunts to choose from on the way home. Applebees and Publix were within walking distance from the property. The Publix was very nice and the Applebees was one of the best that I had ever been in! The food was great and the service was even better. Thanks again for letting us rent your home. We had a great time and did not have to spend an arm and a leg for rent. Hope to visit again next year!

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  We had a fabulous time and have recommended your name to a lot of our friends bach here in Canada. The house was superb and thanks for such a smooth transaction and a great place to stay.
