A fantastic vacation get away! Located at Duck Beach, NC. This neighborhood is family oriented. Unit is directly across from a tennis court and has an enormous outdoor pool with a tiki hut that serves food and drinks. Also an indoor heated pool and fitness center for those rainy days. The facility offers many social activities for all ages so you could never be bored. The location is so fantastic, you just walk directly across the street to Sunset Grill to see the most breathtaking sunset on the entire Outerbanks and enjoy the best food, drinks and atmosphere you could ever ask for! Includes jet skiing, parasailing, and kayaking, along with many other activities.
The property has 2 large bedrooms on the 1st level, including a queen bed (Swedish foam mattress), and the other bedroom has 2 pyramid beds (full on bottom and twin on top). The second level has a king sized bedroom (Swedish foam mattress) with private deck and bath. There is an additional sleep sofa in the family room just in case.
The deck off the family room/kitchen area has a view of the ocean and pool! The kitchen is fully loaded and has plenty of room. Dishwasher and microwave are included to save you time. New oven and new carpet in living areas. There are TVs in every bedroom and den, so on a rainy day everyone should be happy.
Laundry room on first level includes full sized washer and dryer for your convenience. Central air and heat.
