We've rented in the Windham Ski area for many years and then decide to purchase a home there! We love the house and use it as much as possible. We do rent it out when we are not using it since it just the two of us and we own a 4 bed/2 bath. Please enjoy our home as if it were you're own. We are happy when it is being used by families.

I just want to say that the Hospitality in this place was amazing. The owner make us feel like home. The house was extremely clean upon our arrival and, despite Hurricane Irene, me and my family we had a blast. Nice and cozy house, spacious for kids to play and the two level make it feel like home away from home. Thank you Sarah for the great communication and for let us renting your place. We didn't spend a lot of time at the house but instead used it as a base for a family reunion. We comfortably fit 8 adults and 2 kids in the house! And we had room to spare with two functional living areas and a deck. Space for all ages to hang out. In the sweltering heat, the rooms in the downstairs stayed cool! I'd easily recommend this to family and friends who wanted a place to rent in Catskills near all the best ammenities!

We had a lovely time during the Fourth of July weekend. The description of the house and photos were accurate; we particularly enjoyed the hanging of old wooden skis by the front door. The owner was extremely helpful and answered every one of our questions, including mundane ones. I would recommend this property for all ages and activities. We visited nearby Colgate Lake (a three-tier waterfall), played paintball, and visited a local tennis court. We did a lot of home cooking so we didn't visit any of the nearby restaurants.

Great geat away! Close to skiing & hiking. House was very clean and had all the comforts of home. Loved the views from the deck & chilling out in front of the fireplace. We can't wait to come back!
