Family friendly ocean front home in a quiet residential neighborhood up on the bluff at Seacliff State Beach. The beach is just down the stairs. Great room includes newly remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, hardwood floors, HDTV, and is located on second floor for beautiful ocean views. Deck extends entire front of house and part of side. Private spa in back of house; outdoor shower with hot water to get rid of the sand; garage is full of recreational fun from table tennis to air hockey. Two bikes available.
Bedrooms are carpeted and each contains a queen sized bed. Bathrooms have been recently remodeled. Large assortment of games, beach toys, and children's crafts. Puzzles and books for all ages.
Our beach is just over the bluff and with miles of beach walking, swimming, a pier for fishing, sand castles, kites, and much more. The house is located one mile from the Forest of Nicene Marks filled with numerous hiking and biking trails. Other nearby recreation includes Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Natural Bridges State Park, Capitola Village for shopping and night life, golf courses, health spas, kayaking in the Moss Landing Marine Sanctuary. Less than an hour's drive gets you to the Monterey Bay Aquarium and the towns of Monterey and Carmel.
