Located on beautiful Mobile Bay where you can experience sunsets as never before. The pier and covered pavilion is fully furnished with all utensils so you can enjoy a crab, shrimp, or crawfish boil. Relax with friends or relatives on the pier and reminisce while watching the sunset sitting in the swing or chairs. A picnic table is provided on the pier for eating.
County Road 1 is a great place to walk or bike as it is about 5 miles long. Enjoy the scenery as you go along. Weeks Bay Reserve is 3 miles away and a great place to view and take children to see the plants, wildlife and museum.
Shop till you drop at the Foley Riviera Outlet Mall which is about a 25 minute drive or go into downtown Fairhope and enjoy the quaint local stores and lovely scenery. Is golf your game? There are many golf courses in the area that are reasonably priced.
Bring your own boat as long as it does not exceed 17 foot limit on pier. Tying up boats or seadoos on the pier is not recommended as winds can shift quite dramatically and result in sinking.
Jubilees are quite common during the summer. Gigs are provided as this phenomenon occurs quite early in the morning (3:00-7:00 AM) and can result in a bountiful harvest. Note: a 10 flounder limit is imposed by the state on all jubilees and all flounder must exceed 12 inches.

Year Purchased: 1996
Going "over the bay" was our 2 week vacation every year for over 20 years. We used that time to relax and wind down from our hectic lives back home. It was the perfect place for the kids to swim, fish, crab and enjoy outdoors. We played cards and board games and made great memories. The children are grown now, but still love to come down. You see, once you've had a taste of it, you always want to come back. Ralph and I now have a new daughter to make new memories for and I hope she will share our love for this place.

We are long-time vacationers on Mobile Bay. We rented "Pier Relief" based only on some internet photos, which from past experience, can be good or not so good. When we first spoke with Wendy, we got a good feeling. When we arrived, everything far exceeded our expectations; that's for 4 adults and 2 children. I'm sorry to repeat what others have said but it's so true; you will seldom rent such a well-kept and beautiful property. We had an outstanding time enjoying all the wonderful things Mobile Bay has to offer, not to mention Weeks Bay and Magnolia Springs. Thanks to some great folks, Wendy and Ralph!
