Comfortably furnished, two bedroom townhouse (2 story) is appropriate for short term corporate or recreational rentals for Huntsville and the surrounding areas. The unit is conveniently located in south Huntsville, with easy access to Redstone Arsenal, NASA, Cummings Research Park. Near Main Arsenal gate, and close to Gates 2,3,8 & 10. The Townhouse is not appropriate for children under 8.
ALL utilities, washer and dryer, Comcast Cable, unlimited WiFi Internet,fully equipped kitchen,bath & bed linens, cleaning supplies, paper products are included.
If you are relocating to the Tennessee Valley area, or working here on temporary assignment and need short-term accommodations, this townhouse is ideal. The space is equally appropriate for out of town family and/or those vacationing in the Tennessee Valley. Parents of campers attending Space Camp and/or Aviation Challenge will find this the perfect place to stay while your child is at camp-close but far enough away!
Fully equipped kitchen has full-size refrigerator, microwave, trash compactor, and small appliances surrounded by ample cabinet space. Walk out to the private fenced patio and this condominium becomes a comfortable "home away from home." The master bedroom has large walk in closet, queen bed, TV, desk area for laptop and a sink and vanity. The second bedroom has a double bed and ample closet. Full bathroom upstairs, and half bath down.
Community cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, aluminum foil, etc. are for guest use. We ask that you replace what you use.
Long term lease available also. Whitesburg Elementary and Grissom High School district. Children under 8 years old must have written permission by owner.

I have stayed in this condo several times and plan to spend a week there later this month, Dec 2011. This condo is very clean and comfortable...has all the comforts of home. I particularly appreciated working with Kathryn. She will provide whatever assistance is needed. When I had made reservations around the time of the tornados in 2011, she went out of her way to make sure I rescheduled a time after the electricity, etc were working....a real treat to work with someone who puts your interests and needs at the top of the list. This condo is convenient to most everything in Huntsville....You will definitely enjoy your stay in this condo.

We've stayed at this property twice and will probably never stay anywhere else while in Huntsville. It's affordable, clean, and conveniently located. It's become our little home away from home. The owner is great and we have absolutely no complaints. Good value and a charming home.

My son lives in Huntsville and checked the place out for me. Great location, great condition, so I rented it for two weeks in March 2010. Unfortunately my plans changed and I never made it to Huntsville. The owners/agents were honest, easy to work with, and they were more than generous in their efforts to find another renter for the condo. If you need a place to stay, do contact these people. You can trust them to help you out.

Spent two months plus at this condo and felt at home. Unit has everything we needed including accessible parking and close proximity to Huntsville's businesses. Also the nearby running/walking trail along golf course (2 blocks away) is a plus. Will be staying at this unit again in 2011. Owner is very gracious and accommodating.

Very clean condo. Close to a very good hiking trail, golf, restaurants, etc. Used it for our vacation. Had a great time.

My family and I recently moved to Huntsville from Germany and we are so lucky to have found this wonderful rental. It is impeccably decorated and very clean. The owner is wonderful and was willing to help us in any way we needed. The rental is centrally located with quick access to all the city's attractions and amenities. We stayed for 3 weeks and never had any issues. I highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Relocating to the area and stayed with my family while we found a new home. For the price, the unit is awesome. Clean,convenient and safe location. Decor simple but cute. Mrs. Reinhart goes the extra mile to make her guests comfortable.

We stayed here for two weeks, and I can honestly see my family living there. It was very comfortable, nicely decorated, quiet and safe neighborhood, centrally located, and the owners are SO NICE and it was very clear that it was important to them that our stay was a pleasant one, and it was! I would definitely stay here again and recommend this to anyone! ENJOY!
