This spacious three bedroom, 3.5 bath two story townhome features a private elevator, finely appointed interior, and attached garage. Enjoy spectacular ocean views from inside the villa, or outside on either of our spacious covered lanais. No residential rooftops will interfere with your views of the ocean. Upper lanai contains a BBQ area with a Wolf 36" Grill, Sub-Zero under-counter refrigerator and custom cabinetry. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors retract into hidden pockets, thereby blending the interior space with the beauty of the outdoors.
Our home comfortably sleeps 10 people. There is a king size bed in each of the two bedrooms on the lower level, two queen size beds in the upstairs bedroom, and a queen size sofa sleeper in the great room. All of our beds have brand new hotel quality mattresses and luxury linens.
Our state of the art entertainment system includes a 52" Sharp Aquos Flat Panel High Definition TV with 7.1 Dolby Digial Surround Sound, DVD player and iPod dock. Additional 42" Flat Screen TV's, DVD players, and iPod docks are located in each of the bedrooms. Our whole house music system will allow you to listen to the same music throughout the home, or different music in each of the rooms.
There is wireless high speed internet throughout the home, and a wireless printer/fax machine for your use.

Our home is appointed with furnishings from the acclaimed Bassman and Blaine interiors. Returning to this luxurious villa, after a day enjoying Maui, is an idyllic end to a glorious day.
Our home is one of the homes closest to the the lovely tropical Ho’olei pool and recreation area. The Ho’olei pool contains a waterfall, grottos, and a sandy beach entry where young children enjoy playing. Adjacent to the pool area is a fully equipped and air conditioned fitness center that contains an array of Paramount and Precor exercise equipment, a sauna, locker rooms, showers and changing facilities. Additional facilities for Ho'olei guests include an outdoor kitchen and covered pavillion, and concierge services.
A short walk across the street, enjoy the acclaimed Wailea Beach, considered one of the most beautiful beaches on Maui.
Guest services are provided 24 hours per day to guests in this home by a management company located in Wailea. Guests in this villa do not have access to the pools and waterslides at The Grand Wailea Resort, however, the beach in front of the resort is a public beach, and all of the restaurants and the spa at the resort welcome outside guests.

Wow This place is fantastic.Every room a flat screen television and Ipod docking station. Beautiful sunsets.The attention to detail in design as well as everything you need to entertain is here. The weiws and nearness to pool and fitness center as well as getting to use the facilities at the Grnd Wailea ia a added bonus. The pricing is exceptionally fair. We loved it

What a wonderful vacation. The unit is beautiful and the views are amazing. The ability to enjoy all of the facilities at the Grand Wailea and then come back to the more relaxed pool at Hoolei offered the best of both worlds. We plan to come back again as often as we can in the future. Truly a week in paradise.

Hi Gila,I'm glad to see your unit up on VRBO! We stayed there last summer and it was the perfect vacation!We are three generations, my parents, my kids and us.My favorite thing was to come together for cocktails and appetizers to watch the sunset from the lanai.The staff was so helpful and attentive when my parents needed a lift down to the pool or across to the hotel.My kids loved running across to the hotel by themselves.Your home is beautifully furnished and equipped with every ammenity we could want or need.We look forward to coming again and again!!
