  Rating Details: I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was clean. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great view! Condo alittle out dated. Kitchen very tiny. Only one person can fit at a time. Sofa sleeper not comfortable at all. Awful to sit in too while watching tv. You sink in it. Mirror in kitchen makes it look bigger than it is on Internet. Spent most of our time on beach so didn't let it bother our stay. Will try another condo and definitely go back to orange beach.

  Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at the Phoenix. The beds were very comfortable (a big plus for us) and the condo was in a great location. However, the sleeper sofa could use changing. The mattress was very lumpy and some of the springs holding the mattress onto the sofa were missing. We wound up putting the mattress on the floor just to be able to sleep on it. This was the only negative in our entire trip. Will definitely stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: I had actually already reviewed our stay and gave it a wonderful review, but was sent this again and had to change it. I have sent 3 emails regarding items that I am pretty sure I left at the condo and I have never recieved a response. These are sentimental pieces and Im very upset they are lost and would have appreciated a propmt response to my emails. I assume at this point my pieces are gone for good and this is very upsetting.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the size and location of our 2 BR condo at the Phoenix I complex. We found the signage at the Phoenix complex a little lacking and the parking directions are awful. Our condo was clean at first sight but could definitely use a thorough cleaning from top to bottom.
