We stayed here for 10 days in July and absolutely loved the condo and its location. You can walk to everything easily. Close to the Pearl District and all the great food and parks it has to offer. You can quickly access the Max with a few minutes walk. You can watch the trains come across the bridge and the boats zip up and down the river. You have access to Riverfront Park right out your door.Condo has AC which was great since we were there during the record heat wave of 106 degrees. Many places do not have AC and we would have been miserable without it!! Huge TV which is always nice to have even when you are on vacation. The views of the river from the living room and bedroom were awesome. The Steel Bridge is such a beautiful bridge to look at. Condo is on the first floor, but is set up so that only one other condo needs to walk by your windows.Small grocery store on the property for small things you might need. Condo was neat and clean and felt like home to us. We will always book this condo when we come to Portland.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

I was lucky enough to get this condo again this year. I've stayed here many times and I really can't think of anything negative to say about this condo. It's all positive. The landlord is so easy to work with and is so friendly. I'm allergic to anything you can think of and getting a condo with leather furniture is a plus for me. It's always clean, well supplied and the bed is very confortable. Great neighbors by you and this is one thing I have found with renting so many of these condo's is sooooo important. (Who the neighbors are) The view.....awww it's great. Couldn't wait to get up in the morning and have breakfast on patio. If you need a condo on the river you will never be sorry. Thank you Wayne for allowing us to stay at your condo again. You're the best. LindaDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

I am sitting here now and can't believe how great it is. Obviously location, but view is great, furnishings are perfect, owner was responsive and easy to deal with, can walk to everything, running and biking trail right out the back door. Cannot recommend it enough.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing, romantic getaway.

I stayed in this condo many times and as you can see. It's booked all the time. I can't even get in when I'm in town. Grab it if it's available. Great place to stay and a wonderful landlord. Location, location, location!! This is the perfect property from which to explore the unique environs of Portland. The unit size was perfect for two and is located very near the Steel Bridge. The patio was great for drinking morning coffee or evening wine while watching the river traffic. The twin spires of the convention center light up the skyline at night. While it was a new experience for someone who lives in a rural area to get used to the constant flow of commuter and freight trains, it certainly added to the urban feel of our stay. The unit is perfectly situated for walking to many of the sights and scenes of Portland. We had a rental car from the first portion of our Oregon trip on the coast, but hardly moved the car during our stay. Henry's Tavern, Powell Books, the public library, the Shanghai Underground tour were all within easy walking distance. We drove to the Widmer Pubhouse only because we were were not sure of the safety of that particular neighborhood. We walked the Riverfront trail at all times of night and day for both exercise and romantic evenings. As avid hikers, we drove up to Washington for an 11 mile hike up to the shoulders of Mount St. Helens via the Ape Canyon Trail. The unit is packed with all the expected amenities. WiFi access to the Internet, flat screen TV, plenty of towels and linens, and a fully stocked kitchen. The owner was very responsive and kept lines of communications open to make us feel assured that the trip would go without a hitch. If you are seeking to experience the uniqueness of Portland's downtown, this is the perfect place for your stay!Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

This condo was wonderful! The condo was immaculately clean, spacious, and best of all in the perfect location. As a couple who had never experienced Portland before we asked the owner for recommendations about places to go to eat and sights to see. The owner not only provided great recommendations, but also provided plenty of visitor information for us to peruse. The condo is in walking/biking distance from the Rose Garden, Saturday Market, and tons of restaurants and microbreweries. After a long day of exploring the city the back patio on the river was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a glass of wine produced in the Northwest! I will definitely choose to rent this property again on return trips to Portland and I would recommend this condo to any couple, family or group of friends looking to explore Portland for the first time or the thousandth time.Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We came to visit our daughter at PSU and really enjoyed the condo, the location and the view. Would love to come back to Portland. There was so much to do we did not get to complete our list. It was great to return to the condo and relax. Can't say enough good things about the place. Of course it was rainy and cool the whole week, but it did not diminish our vacation. Hoping we can come back and stay again at this great place.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, romantic getaway.

Walk from here along the riverfront, or across a footbridge into the Pearl District or downtown. Minutes from the Chinese gardens. Attractive condo with very nice and secure-feeling ground-floor location looking directly out to the water. The view across the water to the steel bridge changes constantly, and the Rose towers are beautifully lit at night. A great place from which to experience Portland!Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

Thanks for a great stay in Portland. The condo is perfect for 2-4 people and enough kitchenware to serve 6. We used the outside barbeque too! We walked the 1.5 miles to the Saturday market and enjoyed the riverfront along the way. A great location to be in on all the Portland action!Did you find this review helpful?
