Includes use of two kayaks and two bicycles. Stereo speakers on the back porch to enjoy music while dining on the porch or enjoying the pool. Just spent a month and had a wonderful time. The property was in great shape and was very comfortable. With the canal location, the provided kayaks mean't we didn't have to leave the property to have some adventures. The pool was refreshing but with the heater it made it enjoyable. The location was close enough to Key West but the neighborhood was very quiet. Hope to go again soon.

Wow! What an amazing and beautiful home that owner, Bill and Sandy built with their very own hands and hearts! It was comfortable, clean, charming, stunning, relaxing, spacious and a perfect location where it was close enough to all the hot spots in the Keys, but a comfortable distance from the 'tourist-y' feeling. It was tucked away in a secluded neighborhood and we especially enjoyed the pool relaxing overlooking the canal. We enjoyed kayaking on the peaceful canal observing nature, fishing on the personal dock, Mallory Square, visiting the free aquarium and the yummy restaurants in Key West. We highly recommend this beautiful getaway for fun, leisure, and escape from the busy lifestyle.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

We rented this house for the month of July, 2011. It's a beautiful house, clean and nicely maintained- very spacious for my family and guests. We brought our 31' boat, which we kept at the dock behind the house. The great thing about this house is also the location. You can be in Key West for a great meal in 20 minutes, or you can cook in a beautiful kitchen at home and relax in the privacy of the backyard out by the water! You can also be in some of the best fishing and lobster diving areas in the keys in just minutes. The pool was a fantastic bonus we used everyday. The property owners are so gracious and willing to accommodate your requests. I would recommend this home to those looking to spend a relaxing month in the keys!

We stayed at the Todd's home twice. It is a comfortable, clean home. The grounds are well kept and the pool is glorious. The kitchen is a pleasure to cook in. I highly recommend this home. Key West is always interesting and fun to do as is poking around the rest of the Keys. I wish this home was available for our next visit.

We stayed here in July and really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and especially the pool. Last Cast charters is the fishing guide we used and he was great, very good fishing and really nice guide. This location is great for visiting Key West, scuba diving, fishing, and just plain relaxing. Very clean and lovely. Sandy and Bill are easy to work with and we would stay again.
