Shoreham Towers II is one of the most exclusive, unique oceanfront buildings in North Myrtle Beach.
Our luxury condominium offers the enjoyment of an oceanfront vacation with all of the comforts and amenities of home. Wake up to the sunrise over the ocean, and enjoy morning coffee or tea on your private balcony with spectacular views.
The beautiful furnishings are new, the mattresses top-quality, and cleanliness is absolutely essential! We provide departure cleaning and linens. Sleeping accommodations are king in master, queen in second, queen in third.
Home has two TV's, DVD and Wi-Fi high speed internet access. Our concrete and steel, fireproof, soundproof building is located approximately two miles north of Barefoot Landing. There is ample on-site parking and a secured lobby.
Grilling, picnic area, and bathrooms are poolside. Also on beach level is a private storage unit with beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas for your use.
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. No pets, no smoking and only adults over 25 and families.

We just returned from a wonderful trip, and the accomodations are exactly as pictured. The owners have done a tremendous job in equipping this condo with everything you might need for a pleasurable vacation experience. It felt like home - with a great view! I arranged this as a last minute get away, and the owner was such a pleasure to deal with. Everyone on site was friendly and the building was secured which helped me feel safe being there with a 10 and 3 year old. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return again.

My husband and I enjoyed our week at the beach-feeling like we were living in luxury! The owners have supplied the condo with EVERYTHING you could possibly think of! From the nail polish remover, to the ample kitchen supplies, to a great assortment of games, to the high end appliances, to the comfortable beach chairs. The condo was amazingly equipped and very clean. We have rented thru VRBO for 10 years and have never experienced a condo/villa/home that was so well equipped! And to look out the wall of windows onto the beautiful beach and water was a fabulous treat for us! Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us...you are a wonderful hostess without even being there! We can't wait to return and rent a couple of condos here, so we can share this happy experience with all of our children!

This is definitely the nicest condo we have ever rented for our "sister time" at North Myrtle Beach! Everything was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The mattresses were extremely comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for our wonderful meals. Margaret's condo's will be our first choice for now on! The Sea Captains House at Myrtle Beach and The Boundary House at Calabash are two of our favorite restuarants.

We just returned from vacationing at Shorehaven II. This condo is decorated the best we have ever seen. We were very comfortable and could have not asked for more. We could not have asked for a cleaner condo, it was immaculate and we did not have to do anything but move in. The view was beautiful from the 9th floor. Location was wonderful to all restaurants and shopping. Owner was very gracious. We hope to be able to stay here every year.
