Our Condo is located just steps away from Potrero and Penca Beach in the middle of an authentic little coastal town. Penca is arguably the most beautifull beach in the area with white sand and a pool like bay great for all water sports, our sunset is incredible. We are located minutes away from the main atractions of the Gold Coast like the International airport and the nighlife at Tamarindo.

We are a costarican family of five and like many locals we love to enjoy tim at the beach with family and friends. Since we bought our house in the sun we are having a great time together enjoying the coast and doing all kind of sports ans activities or just relaxing at the beach.
