This condo is one level and is a corner unit located on the first level. Its deck is only one of two units that actually wraps around to the side of the unit giving extra space for outdoor relaxation.
It is a 3 bedroom condo. Bedroom 1 has 2 full size beds. Bedroom 2 has 1 full size bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin size beds.
Full kitchen includes, full size refrigerator, stovetop oven, and microwave oven. A dining table, seating six, located just outside the kitchen adjoining the family room.
There is central air conditioning.
What To Bring: Towels, bed linens and paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). Bedding consists of 3 Full-Size beds and 2 Twin-Size beds. Sorry, no pets and no smoking allowed inside the premises. (Note* Queen-size sheets seem to work just fine on the full size beds.)
Parking: There are 2 assigned parking spaces for the unit.
Check in is at 3pm and check out is 11am.
