Pine Court is located on 52nd Street, ocean block, walking distance to the beach. It is a two story building that houses 11 units.

This condo is a corner unit located on the first level. Its deck is only one of two units that actually wraps around to the side of the unit giving extra space for outdoor relaxation. Full kitchen includes, full size refrigerator, stovetop oven, and microwave oven. A dining table, seating six, located just outside the kitchen adjoining the family room. There is central air conditioning.

We regret that under Pine Court's policy, we cannot rent to students and/or graduate groups.
