Our family loves to travel and we have been to some pretty amazing places but the Golden Pavillion tops them all! First, let me say that the pictures do not do it justice. Everywhere you look, any direction, you see so much beauty! LOVE the house, the grounds, the pool, the view.....all of that, but what really makes it special are Kate and Tony, the managers of the house. You will find Kate in the kitchen making the MOST incredible food......breakfasts with home made pastries, to delicious lunch with homemade cookies, to the best dinners that I have had anywhere (and you don't even have to clean up!) Tony, the Captain, will take you to some of the most beautiful places and show you things that most wouldn't normally see. Both of them are such an added gift to such an fascinating place! I am still dreaming of Kate's meals and the boat trips with Tony. If you want the "vacation of a lifetime", I would suggest you go the Golden Pavillion Villa. Words just can't capture the beauty and wonder that you will find there. I promise that you will have the time of your life.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

A superb place to stay. Luxurious, very well run, the chef is the best on the entire island. The managers could not have tried harder to accommodate all our wishes. This property has everything in place for the perfect vacation.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

I've returned to Golden Pavilion for the third time - twice as a large family group and most recently as a girls week! Golden Pavilion is amazing in so many ways. The wonderfully secluded setting with the most amazingly beautiful view I've ever seen; the beautifully designed Villa - set perfectly for 8 or 10 people with wonderfully luxurious suites with all the details of the finest hotel; the fantastic infinity pool and nearby white sand gorgeous beach which typically has only a couple of people on it; the amazing care given by the extraordinary Villa Couple - Kate and Tony - who take care of every need before you even know you need it! Kate's a chef who rivals the top NYC chefs and can conform to any dietary needs. Tony is a great guide to the waters and island life! All in all I give Golden Pavilion my highest recommendation and can honestly say you will be incredibly happy you went there!

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

4/30/11 Dear Kate and Tony – Most times the pictures of a place never add up to the experience – in the case of the Golden Pavilion, the pictures only begin to tell the story. The hospitality, accommodations and attention to detail exceeded our expectations on so many levels. Our week was fabulous, from the food, weather and opportunity that our family had to spend time together was truly unforgettable. From the moment we entered the gate our senses were infused with beauty beyond measure – the comfortable rooms, the terrace, pool, sea, sandy beach = something for everyone (ages 4, 6, 11, 14, 9, 43, 27, 41, 39, 68, and 67) To top it all – Tony and Kate’s warmth and attention to our every desire . . . especially the delicious meals – yummy, healthy, beautifully prepared and presented – thanks to Kate who “ruled” the kitchen with energy, creativity and love. Starting from the first views of the pool and overlooking to Guana Island to Kate’s magnificent cooking to the boat trip with Tony and our friends, our kids and we are leaving with the most incredible memories of the Golden Pavilion Villa. Virginia Beach Virginia December 27th 2010 Dear Tony and Kate, You might ask “How was your trip?” Or “How was your Christmas?” I would answer with the same thing, “It was flabbergasting!” and so would everyone else. Whether is was catching waves at Cane Garden Bay, playing and intense game of billiards, scuba diving at Angel Fish reef, or just relaxing at the house, you would never be bored. You trid your hardest to please us and in return, we are entirely grateful. You have befriended us, we hope we have befriended you and when we come back we will welcome you as an old friend. I am eleven years old. Peace and love, Jack, Tess, Taylor, Dwight, Noah, Eva, Paige, Johnny, Helen, and Paul PS I think all of us gained 10lbs just by eating your deserts!

6 November 2010 WOW- How can we top Golden Pavilion?! The staff – Kate, Tony, Juliette, and Stephen – top notch; the pool and villa – spectacular; the food – 5 star gourmet everday; the accommodations over the top, our best ever in the Caribbean. 6 November 2010 What a wonderful, special place to spend a week with dear friends – new and old. This is truly a first rate experience, from the villa, the spectacular view, the pool and the staff. Feb 12-19 2010 What an amazing week at the Golden Pavilion Villa. Every single detail is so beautifully thought out and planned for pure luxury. From the wonderfully comfortable suites to the fully equipped family rooms to the wonderfully comfortable living areas. The pool and hot tub are fabulous. And the view is one of the most stupendous in the world. Tony and Kate and their staff are the most amazing managers and know how to make every desire possible before you even ask. Jan 9 – Jan 16 2010! What a treat to get to enjoy your villa, What a view!, the sweet beach down the road and the glorious ocean. We had nothing but fun playing in your waves and learning how to swim in your pool (Rhese – Aged 3) We hiked up to Sage Mtn. and dove down to your reefs. Tony and Kate were the perfect hosts, aways steering us in the right direction and feeding us well, whilst telling us about these beautiful islands. It was the perfect week of vacation (we certainly did not miss the zero degree temps back home). But home we go today. Good-bye dolphins, good-bye baths, bye balmy breezes and vast sunny skies, by Tony and Kate, bye, bye fish. Thankyou for sharing your splendour. With much gratitude, Charlie, Sheila, Jeanne (G.G.), David, Anne, Jeff, Krysta, Rhese and Bodin! (Spanning 4 generations from age 92 to 6 mos., there was something for us all)
