Nice complex but disappointing condo

Although the complex was beautiful with great recreational facilities, this unit was disappointing. It was not well maintained or equipped. I would rent a different unit in this complex.
Owner response:Thanks for the comments. We have dealt with the 2 issues of your concern: (1) The towel bar came loose because of a previous careless tenant: We have replaced with a brand new one. And to ensure having a matching set, we have also replaced the toilet paper holder, and added brand new towel ring, even though those had nothing to be complained about. (2) Sorry about the bathroom breaker tripping. If this guest had called us, we would have told her how to reset the breaker. Just in case the cause was due to the breaker being defective, we even replaced the breaker. We might have wasted a hundred thirty dollars if that was not the cause; but if it can possibly keep everyone happy, it is worth it. To ensure guest comfort and satisfaction is our top priority. In our recent vacation there, we bought a brand new HD Tv (even though the old one was still working), and a new CD/blueray player. After all, this place is our home-away-from-home, and not a fly-by-night commercial establishment. We want to enjoy it as much as our guests do. Owners Kingsley and Terry Lo
