ABOUT DESTIN
Destin is one of Florida’s most romantic and exciting cities. Visitors will find wonderful waterfront restaurants, fantastic shopping areas, sugar-sand beaches with miles of shoreline, and some of the best fishing in all of Florida. Destin is renowned for its world-class golf courses, including Kelly Plantation, and Sandestin Golf Club that hosts the PGA Seniors Championship each year.
OUR EAST PASS YACHT CLUB CONDO
Our Condominium is located on Holiday Isle in Destin. Holiday Isle is not an island, but a peninsula with miles of beach front, bordered by the Gulf of Mexico, East Pass, and the Destin Harbor. East Pass is a mile-wide inlet providing access to the Gulf of Mexico from the huge Chocktawhatchee Bay and Destin Harbor. You can view all the boating activity through the Pass from this condominium, from jet-skis to charter fishing boats to grand yachts. Just a short walk from our condo you’ll find the jetties of East Pass. Huge boulders give protected feeding grounds to all varieties of fish. Spend the day snorkeling or bring your fishing pole and fish from the jetties.
Destin Harbor has it all! Fishing boats, charter boats, party boats, sailboat cruises, jet ski rentals, snorkeling cruises, dinner cruises, nightlife, marinas, restaurants, shopping, boardwalk, and live music. You can rent pontoon boats and spend the day with the dolphins at Crab Island. Party Boats offer 6-hour fishing trips for as little as $45, and you’ll likely come back with lots of amberjack, grouper, and snapper.
WHY RENT OUR CONDO?
If you look at the photos of our condo, you’ll see the loving care that has gone into making this much more than just a rental condo at the beach. Newly renovated, we offer granite counters, recessed lighting, stainless appliances, everything upgraded. We’ve made this into your “home” at the beach. The floor plan is unique. And it's furnished completely like a home with many paintings and accessories, much different from the “standard stripped-down" condos you may have rented in the past. Check the photos.

The kitchen is FULLY equipped if you really want to cook on your vacation. Coffee grinder, brewer, food processor, new microwave, every imaginable utensil, many cups, plates, wine glasses and about everything you might need.
We have a DVD player, 42-inch wide-screen TV with HBO and Cinemax, Wi-Fi, a full cabinet of books for your enjoyment, plus lots of games.
Destin is very safe, but why worry? Security--We've got it! Gate code for parking, elevator code to access your floor, door code specifically for your stay, and a hotel safe so you can go to the beach without taking your jewelry.
The 30-foot balcony has new chairs. It gives you wonderful views of East Pass, the Gulf of Mexico, the swimming pool, and the Destin Harbor. Have breakfast on the veranda while watching the fishing boats traveling through the East Pass toward the fishing grounds in the Gulf of Mexico. In the evening, have a drink and watch the dolphins going through the pass, then when as gets dark, go to the other table and view the magic lights from the boats in the Destin Harbor. This is a recent photo of us at the East Pass Jetty. We live in Tallahassee and come to our condo whenever we have a few days to spare (and if it's not rented).
Why the Owner Chose East Pass Towers
We have been visiting Destin for many years. Our favorite place to stay has long been East Pass Towers because of it's wonderful location and views of the harbor and the inlet. When we had to opportunity to purchase this property, we jumped.

What a delightful place, elegant yet cozy, open yet secluded. I'd say this place is the total package. That is if you are looking for a wonderful place with all your options open. There is fishing, boating, shopping, dining, or my personal favorite sitting back reading a book on the balcony overlooking the gulf. Loved it, loved it, loved it!

My husband and I just returned from a two-week stay at your condo. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment - very comfortable, the views from the balcony were outstanding. The owners were very, very friendly and easy to communicate with. Hope we can return for a longer stay sometime!

I can't imagine staying anywhere else if we ever are fortunate enough to return to Destin. Boy did we feel rich. The views, the accomodations, and everything that goes with a special get away was all there. I can not say enough about the location. We were right in the center of everything from food to shopping to sight seeing to fishing to beach combing to swimming to relaxing, etc. etc. etc. A great time was had by all. Thursday evening we watched fireworks from the beach below our condo sitting in lawn chairs and before the fireworks was an air show with vintage planes for free. Wow!!!

Oct 17th, myself, my brother in law, and my sister in law; all recently widowed; arrived at this wonderful condo. So beautiful, comfortable, and perfect in every way. The balcony is very long and has a curve so there is a different view from each end. One end has the view of the harbor and downtown Destin, (beautiful day or night), at the other the gulf and beach. What more can you ask for. Location maybe. Well, it has that also. It is perfectly located to down town destin and the many types of water activities available. Not to mention the many awesome restaurants nearby. My only disappointment was out stay was too short. Next time, and there will be a next time, will be for a long times. Go for it. You will love it.

We enjoyed this condo very much. It is extremely well situated. The view from the balcony is wonderful with sun all day. We saw dolphins and every type of watercraft you can imagine. Destin is a terrific spot to visit with all kinds of eating places and shopping.

Wonderful views, very clean, nicely decorated. Good location, close to shopping and restaurants. Reviews for restaurants were accurate. Dewey's Destin is very good! Donut Hole and McGuire's Pub are also fantastic. AJ's or Harry T's are great Happy Hour places (Watch the sunset).

Great location and beautiful place with everything you need. We stayed over Labor Day weekend and the weather was horrible but we still had a great time. We had a great balcony to watch the waves and feel the breeze and we played games and watched movies when it was raining. The kitchen came equipped with everything so you didn't need to worry about a thing! The kids enjoyed the hot tub and pool despite the bad weather. I'd stay again for sure!

My husband and I were celebrating out 15th anniversary, and when we were looking for a place to stay of course I choose Destin. Every year we goyto Destin and deep sea fish and as we go out of the jetty I aways say how I want to stay in the condo on the end. Well this year my husband says just book it, it doesn't matter the price. Well when I began researching it was a pleasant surprise to fine this condo so beautiful and with a free night thrown in if we stayed 3. Plus it was very affordable. The condo is gorgeous!! Even more beautiful than the pictures make it out to be. The views from the balconys were just what was looking for. The beds so comforttable, just what yoou want on vacation As we strolled the beach the first evening we talked to a owner who was waqlking his dog and he let us know about the fireworks on Thursdays. He said they were only five minutes but good show. So we thought hey it is our anniversary so this is special. We settled in to watch the sunset and before the sunset there were some planes from nearby Elgin Air Force Base that put on a spontanious air show. Then wewatched the awesome sunset and aboout 30 minutes later we watched the fireworks. All this and we didn't have to drive anywhere. And of course we went deep sea fishing and it was great to get some pictures from the boat of the condo. The grounds were so clean and the pool beautiful and refreshing. Very secure and quiet. I will definetly be coming back next year. Can't hardly wait.

Great rental and owners very helpful when needed. Beds were comfy , amenities were good location and view were awesome!! Docked boat across street at marina and access to boating was a huge plus. ( Luxury rentals handles slip rental there ) Would rent again without hesitation !!!
